Exceptional support from Ally Dones

After days of trying to reach out to Back At You Support for assistance, I was finally able to get a response from Ally. She was very considerate of my schedule and sent me a link in order to book a time with her, which I found very efficient. Today, she called me right on the time and immediately greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude which I have not experienced from customer service (in general) in quite some time. She connected to my computer, explained everything in full detail and made it all clear to me, despite it being such a complicated situation. I had a professional account, not a business page - which I wasn't aware of. She took her time with me and waited while I created a new page, joked around with me and even helped me with a few other things like a removing a link from my previous brokerage and helping me convert my Instagram to a Business Account in order to get that connected as well. The service she provided was exceptional and I couldn't have been anymore grateful that she was actually my first interaction with Back At You's support team. Thank you, Ally! Your efforts and service should always be recognized. I am very eager to start using the service and seeing how my social media grow.

Lost Notes

I was excited to try the new beta for contacts in Back-AT-YOU. It's amazing how everything is so well-organized and easy to use. I had a moment of panic when I couldn't find my notes, but Brady from support was super helpful and showed me where they were. They were just in a different location, not gone. I'm so relieved and happy with the new system. Thanks Brady!

positive start onboarding with Back At You

We recently onboarded with Back At You, and it so far has been a positive experience. Their social media product for realtors appears to be a cost-effective approach that makes sense, well-explained by AJ Castro in a personable and knowledge-aware presentation. Then when we hit a glitch when engaging our Facebook business page, Derrick Winston gave perfect support to help us move forward, with his super friendly and empathetic approach. Appreciate the positive start!

Tech Support is Amazing

Simply put, Michael Caden rocks! Aside from being a very nice human, he is super knowledgeable about all things Back At You. I had a tech problem and, instead of referring me to boilerplate instructions, he took the time to look at my issue and, sure enough, there was some wonky stuff with it that he easily fixed. If he had not spent the time to look at the problem, I would have gone round and round and round without solving the problem. Thank you Michael! You are Omnia's new FAVORITE!
