Ordered 4 things over the span of 2 years. Totalling about 3 grand. 3 were perfect, 1 was abysmal. The one time I needed the service desk was enough to wonder if I ever want to order there again.

Still, a thee out of 4 success rate. It would have been a different outcome would the products not have been in such great shape.

Having received the phone, opened the package and was surprised there Is no shock absorption foam..having said that, battery seemed to be empty so I placed the phone on chrage. It showed some progress, and after I tried to power on It stopped responding. Now the phone won't even charge, I tried different cables..I had my friend look at the phone grabbed It one time and said ''this is fake'', he works with phones. Absolutley horrible experience..Now I have to waste my time shipping this back and who knows If I will even get the refund back..

I was hesitant but boy am I happy I took the plunge. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s23 plus in "perfect" condition (one step under the "premium" option for EUR 380. Delivered very rapidly with 5 eur express delivery. Came PERFECT works Perfect. Dis all the 3rd party tests battery great shape everything great. I used to buy the latest flagships brand new. Now I I'll never buy a new phone (unless some giant breakthrough feature only available on new device). I got every inch the dopamine hit of a new cool phone for 380 instead of 1000+. Delighted :)

I've been going back and forth with BackMarket for the past several months about a repair to a MacBook I bought while still under warranty. Several emails, a complaint to the Dutch Complaints Commission and EU Standards Agency and a few months later, I’m being told one thing by one person, another thing by another, and a third thing by a third person. They’ve been ignoring me so I can’t get the MacBook fixed prior to the end of the warranty. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from here.

Ordered a phone with a new batterie. The battery was in very bad condition, and it broke completely 3 months after I ordered it.

Bought a Series 7 Apple Watch in “good condition” that died completely after 5 weeks. No power, won’t charge or reset. Returned it under warranty. Support claimed the watch was still linked to my iCloud even after I fully removed it and sent proof. It's been weeks now. They ignored my messages as well as parroting the same excuse.

The seller is either incompetent or lying. Fairly certain this "Watch linked to your iCloud" is a tactic they're using to get out under warranty claims. and Backmarket lets them get away with it!!

Watch still not repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Bouight an iPad 5 not even 3 months ago and is not turning on anymore then contacted them for the garantie for multiple days and they are not responding.
