Made a simple question about a product that I really wanted to buy, no answer. I just can imagine the support if something is wrong. Laughable.

Could not enter the right email address with my apartment number during the order process because of some address-field rule that only allows to pick from a pool of addresses. Resulted in quite the delay of my delivery. Please fix devs

Friendly customer service, but that's about it.
Ordered one item with them (household) - it came defective. I sent it back. The whole thing took 2.5 weeks to complete.
Tried my luck with them a second time (another household item) - came in defective again.
Quality control by sending - non-existent.
Packaging - appalling.

They are trying to run a good business, but their French partners or support is completely not up to par.
Customer service was nice though. But after so much time waste, I wont be ordering with backmarket again.

I've received a great product and I am glad to say that I am very happy with its performance. it was delivered on time and everything was up to standerd. I will most certainly be purchasing from this company in the future.

Absolute 0 customer service, have returned phone as it was faulty, spent time filling up all returns,photos etc. Then no response and at the end everything what was on my account just varnished. No refund and No phone. THIEVES

I’m giving 0 stars. My package was never delivered — it got lost, and their customer support doesn’t reply to emails. It’s very difficult to get in touch with them, and I haven’t received any help. The package was supposed to arrive two weeks ago, but it’s still missing. Very disappointed with this service.

If I could put 0 stars I would ;). I ordered apple watch SE via Back Market. The parcel was lost by their shipping partner Chronopost, which has been officially confirmed. Despite providing full proof, Back Market keeps responding with copy-paste messages and refuses to refund me.
I’m now forced to escalate this through my bank and the European Consumer Centre.
Extremely disappointed – I will never order from them again and I advise others to be cautious!!!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 with a new battery.
Product is like new. All works well.
Delivery to my home was very fast, 2 days.
Price was better than at other refurbish-companies.

I bought "Casque sans fil Sony MDR-RF855RK - Noir". My concept of "refurbished" is very different. The item arrived dirty, and there were hairs in the ear pads. I've bought things from individuals on eBay in better condition. Never again.

I recieved the product as I expected and sofar it's working well, I love it, although it would have been 5 star but the delivery company increased by a day for delivery

Everything was on time and phone was in perfect condition with battery health 86%. I don’t use phone a lot but if I have 100% in the morning, in the evening I have 50-40 %. I am more than happy with purchasing iPhone14.

when I first got my phone, there was nothing wrong. Nice delivery, on time, without damage. But after a week, my screen stopped working. When I send my phone back, i didn't get a message or something, so I have no clue where my phone is. I hope that this can be fixed.

The device I purchase is functioning very well and I can't even tell the difference between this and a brand-new device.
I think this is gonna be my new sustainable method in purchasing electronics.
