Good product, fine services.

I bought a device 1 year and three months ago. It has a ghost touch issue that makes it unusable at this point. I contacted backmarket on their website and they told me there's nothing they can do since the one year warranty is over. I then asked about the two year warranty of conformity – the reply was "thank you for bringing this article to our attention". Overall this process is highly unprofessional and misleading. I've been texting back and forth for over a week now with no help at all. I won't buy here again.

Perfect packaging and condition! I was worried about the two sections at first, but it’s super convenient. I can cook fries and chicken at the same time. Love it!

They use UPS to ship the products, if you don’t want headache buy somewhere else

I bought an iPhone 13, all in all in good condition. It came with a cheap&nasty charging cord, no plug. The cable doesn’t work properly (I have to switch the phone off and then on several times before it starts working, this doesn’t happen with other charging cords). For the price I paid I was at least expecting a decent quality cord and a plug.

I Purchased a phone on Back Market. I did purchase the 12 month warranty. I would typically recommend others people purchase warranties on all electronic devices.
My Devise would not charge just short of the warranty ending. I followed the proper procedures and sent my phone in. I was told that my phone did not meet warranty requirements due to a cracked screen. I communicated with Back Market that I was unaware of any screen cracks. Back Market provided a picture of a minute crack only visible under certain lighting. When the devise was returned to me, I confirmed that it was a minute scratch only visible under certain lighting. It didn't feel light a crack when a great amount of pressure was applied to the screen with a single finger. It was not a not a visible crack. However, my phone was covered under the warranty for any cracks. Please see their warranty and policy section of what is covered under the full service 12 month plan. Back Market failed to uphold their end of their own warranty.
Please be aware that contracts are not binding with this website, even though the law itself says it is.
This company does not uphold contactual agreements. I have first hand experience, currently.

awful company of con artists. they make you do all this work and steal your money.

I sold my phone which was in a perfect working order, but they told me "it doesn't work so they bought it half price.

I don't recommend anymore. I used back market since 2018, but now it's over. 2 time with a bad experience.

I am writing to share my very negative experience with Back Market's trade-in service. I sent my phone in for trade-in on 03/04/2025 and completed all the steps requested by Back Market. The agreed-upon trade-in value was £385].
Despite their stated timeframe of 6 business working days for payment, I am still waiting for my money as of Tuesday, April 15, 2025. This is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, their customer service has been appalling. My attempts to get an update or resolution on 9th April and 11th April were met with unhelpful replies and long time waits . I have been given no clear indication of when I will receive my payment.
This delay in payment, coupled with the abysmal customer service, has caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I would strongly advise other potential buyers and sellers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Back Market's trade-in service. My experience suggests a complete lack of efficiency and disregard for their customers.
I am now having to consider further action to recover the money owed to me.

I got a refurbished Apple MacPro Touch Bar notebook M2 2022, 24 gig ram, 1TB.

After long hours of comparing which Apple notebook to choose from amongst the different years, models, specifications, prices and comparing with the presence new models. I finally made my choice I didn’t regret it yet )

The website of Back Market has a great awareness to make a tech products spanning its lifecycle into a sustainable and ecological environment.

A good way to prevent co2 emissions and pollution due to extraction of rare earth resources from fossil, war and bloodshed, climate change and deforestation.

Unfortunately I don’t have the original box, but it is a refurbished A grade machine without any trace of used.
Only the cable that came with the machine didn’t fit snugged, I used my cable I purchased from a Apple Store it fit like a glove.

Bought an IPhone 12. Condition should be excellent, but the damages were like the good example at the website.
You cannot complain or get in touch. The only thing you can do is send it back and try again.
Beware of this before you buy here.

Good service

Bought Galaxy S24 Ultra... really happy with with everything. Quality of the product, price, delivery time, ease of purchase. Was looking at phones at ebay.de and marktplaats but they were more expensive and also no warranty of any kind. So kudos for the great service and offerings, will buy again.

I bought a MacBook Air on their Dutch website. The first one was lost in the mail. They refunded this one. The second one was deliverded last December and worked for 2 month before crashing upon startup. Now they force me to send it back by post while all my personal and professional data is still on the SSD. It can not be deleted because it doesn't start up anymore. Only way to contact them is through app chat and I keep getting the same answers and tips for deleting and sending. They don't take the effort to read the problem or solve it otherwise. The problem is already 3 weeks going. Very bad service! Don't buy here if your data is important to you!!
