The technical information on the product on the downloadable flyer was incorrect. Thus, I bought the wrong product I with this in mind, I'm very unsatisfied.

Excellent experience, good price, super fast delivery. I had been looking for a reputable reseller of Toto toilets and this website impressed me the most. Modern, sleek, decent prices, shipping to entire Europe (I am in Poland) and with the full set. Arrived in only a few days and with nothing missing. Will update once it is installed as I bought the full set for a new flat, but so far so good!

I bought a Toto Washlet RW, Toto toilet and accessories. The price was better than in any other shop and the service was excellent. The products were delivered from Germany to Belgium within a few days. Unfortunately a small accessory (Toto ball valve) got lost during transportation. BadMax24 customer service was very responsive and helpful and immediately sent me a replacement. Highly recommended!!

Buying a Toto Washlet is an important investment. BadMax24 offers very competitive prices and complete packages that include all elements needed for a successful project. In addition all my exchanges, before and after purchase, received quick and precise answers. One star missing due the email telling that the shipment was on the way didn't contained a follow-up link to see e.g. estimated delivery time or even courier name. I was at home at that time when the shipment arrived, so no practical effect - but there could had been if both me and my wife would had been at the offices at that time.

Buying online can sometimes be a hit or miss. But at Badmx24 from start to finish it was a great experience! Customer service was incredible! Before purchasing I contacted them and within a day if not less they would get back to me with answers. They even provided a better and less expensive option that fitted my needs. I finally chose a TOTO Washlet and sink “TOTO - TECE Set Washlet RW shower toilet incl. pre-wall element & flush plate - TCF801CG + CW542ERY + 9300345 + 9880052 + SP515011B + E00022 × 1”.
Have not had it installed yet but it looks quite nice. Shipping was painless and did have to wait longer due to the sink. I am a satisfied customer overall.

I ordered 2 Toto RX. The price was amazing, 1.5 times lower than local retailer has offered me. The delivery was instant. It took 3 days to arrive to Latvia. Absolutely incredible! Very happy! Highly recommended!

Bought a Washlet seat from their website. Nowhere on the site did it mention that the washlet required a specific toilet to install (not just a certain type, but a specific unique model!) The customer service said they were unable to facilitate returns because the box had been opened once and left me with a useless product an no course of action.
