Bought a set of smart toilet here, got a problem with the payment approval from Shopify, as I used a foreign credit card and this made the transaction seems suspicious. Badmax24 and I exchanged several emails regarding this issue, and they decided to ship the order to me even before the payment was released to them. The whole process was efficient with fast and friendly response. It is a very high standard customer service. And now I can see the payment was finally released yesterday and the large shipment arrived me today. Perfect 👍 and thank you very much!
