Dripping paint ornament is a well made quality item love it and it’s a talking point when anyone visits .I also bought it when it was on offer but would have easily paid full price for it😀

The product looks great and appeared as advertised.

My sister bought me the rope light hand horns, let's forget about the super high shipping costs and the fact that she had to pay also an additional custom cost (thank you brexit!).
The hand arrived ruined and with some scratches on it, it was a present so I only opened it on Christmas and so it was too late to ask for a refund (since it was bought during black friday - it's my sister's fault yes she should have complained before).
Also, the hand doesn't come with anything to hang it on, such as screws or I don't know what, and I think that for almost 100 euros those should be included.
It's a pity, they're designs are incredible but my experience wasn't.

As a small business I assume that not everything can go as imagined BUT they did take care of my situation like professionals.
Thank you once again to the team and Gigi itself for everything they did for me! Not anybody can handle complaints like you did and spend time to solve any customers problems :)

I've previously bought the gold melting pot and recently the (ex display) melting lollipop. Both absolutely fabulous items, great quality and strikingly quirky without looking ridiculous. Had no need to contact customer services as everything was exactly as it should have been.

Quick delivery, item exactly as described

Delivery was on time and perfect. Customer service in responding to my complaint was very professional and helpful...Thank you guys I will be ordering again :)...Maybe not the white bag since the silver chain feels a little too cheap :(but its aesthetically beautiful. Will order the lovely tulips again those light up so amazing beautifully!👏

This company has such unusual products for the home so if you are looking for something different, I suggest you look here. Delivery was within a few days from ordering too. Also I had a problem with the second item I ordered so I emailed them and I had a reply within an hour and the problem was resolved straight away. Wonderful service and I will definitely be using them again.

Love my gold paint pot looks amazing in my living room.

Purchased ex display version of the 5m Ocean Rope Light and the attention to detail with the weaving on the rope itself, coupled with the two brushed gold metal ends really make the piece have stand out quality.

The light is slightly less warm that interpreted from the description but really does make a feature of any room, combined with flexibility to change the feel by changing the shapes that you can create.

Now, facing facts… this is an expensive product to purchase versus cheaper alternatives in the market but… this does look considerably more than just a rope light, it’s a work of art and so beautifully made.

Service was super stress free and efficient also which makes things so much better when parting with your hard earned money.

I love my sculpture product and Julian Oliver in customer service was so helpful.
