i come through this email to make an attempt to solve a case that I have been trying to solve for over 6 months with an Indian company called WEBKUL and also has a brand called Bagisto

We got to know the bagisto company in 2020, during the beginning of the pandemic. The executive Saurav pathak who attended us.

We had several meetings before purchasing the software. In all meetings, the company executive told us that the software would be ready, so that it would only be necessary to install it on our server so that we could use it.

We purchased the license for use on 18.09.2020, since then we have not been able to put the system into operation.

They claim that the system works and that our team of 10 developers graduated from the best tech colleges don't know how to work.

We paid 832 usd for the license in September 2020, now in the last communication we received from them, they charged us over 900 usd to fit something that should have been ready when the license was sold.

We've already tried in every way to request the cancellation of the license and the reversal of the payment. We have already done an incident report and an extra-judicial process via email and credit card operators.

We need a cancellation letter from them so that we can claim a refund.

We have been trying to resolve the issue and cancel our relationship for over 100 days. They refuse.

We recently found out that other Brazilian companies believed in the software and solutions they sell on the internet and also had the same problems.

Because they got tired, they gave up on having the amounts paid back.
