I ordered products during your recent…
I ordered products during your recent relocation to Asia. Initially was told there would be a 6-week delay but ended up being over 14 weeks from memory with no communication or updates on the website. I did reach out a few times and responses were "still delayed" and "further delayed".
I believe above is most likely due to the move and the challenges this type of activity creates and would be different if I ordered from Bagoros today.

Handlebar arrived bent
Besides that my order was forgotten and quickly fulfilled after i had to send an email reminding them that i haven’t received my order, my handlebar arrived bent.
I had to straighten it myself and scratch it up in the process in order to make it work for my duke.
I’m sure customer service would’ve helped but i live all the way in the Caribbean and receive everything via a forwarder in Miami, so it’s a hassle and it’s expensive.
Given that this was my first impression of the company, i’m not going to bother.

Incredebily slow to process and send my order.
I asked to cancel the order, but the customer service was so slow to answer that I received the order shipment in between.
Fortunately, they stopped it right away. But I was not a pleasing experience.

Excellent parts but service are not good
Honestly the parts I bought are amazing and with high quality. I have only one problem and to be honest it is a major. I have made to purchase one received after 3 months with missing item because of wrong invoice to custom and until now I don’t know when it will be shipped back to me. Second purchase I don’t know also when it will be shipped!!

Scam and thieves
Don’t buy from this garbage company. They said they would issue me a refund, and it would take 5 days to post on my account. After I waited over 6 months for multiple parts. You send them a email about the refund after a week passes. For them to email you this:

At the moment, the whole team is busy sending out parcels to be dispatched today and tomorrow before Christmas.
Would you be very annoyed if the refund was arranged in the first week after the New Year, between 06.01.2025 and 10.01.2025?
Update: it’s now the 20th of January, and I still didn’t receive my refund. They didn’t even honor their initial arrangement. Got a email from PayPal saying the refund was cancelled. These people play games with your hard earned money!

Great communication
They were clear and prompt. My initial payment didn’t go through successfully and I got an email from from them the same day letting me know. They could have said nothing, my money didn’t go through so they didn’t owe me anything but they we very helpful. Shipping updates were regular, it was easy to track my parcel and it arrived earlier than I expected. Excellent service.

Low rise bars and tail tidy. A+
The bagoros lower rise handlebars I bought for my 390 duke were a real game changer for comfort on the bike. Highly recommended for taller folk (I'm 1m82). I also bought the tail tidy which rrally improves the look of the bike and is beautifully engineered. Both products were pretty easy to fit. Coms with Bagoros was also excellent.
