I am very impressed when the quality of Bagsmart backpacks and very impressed with the wonderful customer service. I reviewed several backpacks from Bagsmart and other companies. The Bagsmart backpacks won out on function everytime. When I needed support from customer service they responded very quickly with a workable solution. I will definitely recommend this company and its backpacks to my friends.

I recently received my Rolling Travel Backpack. It is a wonderful product, unfortunately, when I received it, there was a defect in the coloring of the bag that was very noticeable. My entire experience with customer service was amazing! I was not sure what my options would be and what was offered exceeded any expectations I had. Every single representative was kind, considerate and very prompt in their responses. They are providing me with a brand new product and the entire experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend Bagsmart for any of your travel needs. Thank you all for your help!

Customer service was awesome I had an issue with a coupon code I reached out to customer support and they sent me a knew code that was double the original discount! The bag arrived in under a week and for the price is great well thought out design with useful features, highly recommend.

I contacted them because I could not find the button to reset my TSA code.

It took a few emails that would have helped except that the model I have was discontinued. I eventually found the way to do it and they did clarify some aspects in my search but basically I figured it out myself. I do give them 4 stars because they were very responsive to my questions.

Bagsmart backs up their great products with great customer service! I messaged them with my problem and heard back from, not a meandering, clueless chatbox, but a real live person who resolved my issues to my total satisfaction within minutes. Smart products, smart service. Guess that's why they're called Bagsmart. :-)

The bag was exactly what I was looking for! Incidentally, I found the same bag on discount at a local store, so I got in touch with customer service about a return, and they were very helpful. Overall, a good experience, and I would purchase from Bagsmart again.

I absolutely love the Totepack and have several. I contacted customer support regarding my most recent purchase. I was a little disappointed in the interior fabric. It wasn’t slick like my other bags. I thought it was a design change and simply emailed them to let them know I wasn’t crazy about the change in fabric. They immediately responded and asked for some photos, including a photo of the batch number on the tag. It appears to be a defect and not a design change. They offered me three options including some discounts on future purchases. I chose to have the bag replaced because these bags are perfect for me and the color is my favorite! They resolved the issue same day, There were multiple messages back and forth and they were very responsive and sincerely wanted to fix the issue. I am thrilled with their customer service as well as their bags. The layered organization in the zip pockets on the front are genius! The design keeps everything from falling to the bottom of the bag. It’s perfect!

I like their bags, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. They offered a 50% refund on a backpack I didn't want (because of color) without me needing to return it, or the option to return for full refund if I paid the return shipping fee. I find those options fair considering I was returning due to preference, not a defective product. I accepted the 50% and then donated the backpack. On my next order, I didn't receive one small item, and they sent me a replacement quickly.

My bag was delivered to the wrong address. Their online service answered right away and my bag is on it was. Amazing service

Great customer service! I emailed about a minor issue with my purchase. Customer service was very responsive and replaced the bag at no cost to me and gave me a discount on a future purchase!

After a little problem with shipping address, the bagsmart customer service was great to work with.
they were responsive throughout and most importantly they followed through and got the job done.

Ordered 6 bags for gifts for family Trip. promo for buying so many bags I got a backpack for free. The backpack I got for free I didn't want/need and asked if I could exchange and pay the difference for the travel bag I wanted. Response time was quick, I shipped the bag back and within less than a week I received the bag of my Choice. It just cost me $5 plus the $7 shipping bag back to get the bag I wanted. Simple easy. Can't wait to use it on all my upcoming travels.

I have several Bagsmart bags and they are made very well. They are lightweight and offer alot of organization. I love the fabric and material. Customer service is wonderful, I had a reply almost instantly after I reached out and they were willing to go above and beyond to help me with my concern.
