Bahira was recommended by a friend and I could not have been happier with the service. Communication on whatsapp from enquiries to confirming my order, was handled efficiently. I received my shipment on time and the stitching on the outfit was immaculate. Definitely I will be recommending their services to everyone.

Ordered a suit which was advertised and…

Ordered a suit which was advertised and confirmed as 4 week delivery time frame. We are now 2 weeks overdue, the wedding date missed, no clothes from Bahirah as well as no update and no contact. After commenting publicly on the Instagram profile, I received a message 5 days ago to say it was dispatched and I'd receive tracking info in an email the next day. Again, nothing was followed through and despite numerous calls, messages and contact on WhatsApp, Instagram and usual calls, they are now ignoring any contact. Payment was taken in full, the order not followed through and they've just disappeared.
Avoid this company at all costs - pay more and go with someone else. I've ordered from Maiza Boutique and wish I'd gone with them again. Wouldn't recommend this 'company' to anyone.

Scamming Business DO NOT BUY

Awful business and I will never ever order from them again. I made an order on the 11th September for two outfits for a friends wedding and I paid £30 for priority delivery and I never got my clothes… I emailed, WhatsApped countless times and sent them a DM. They’re an awful company. They only refunded because I went with a company called resolver who helped otherwise this fraudulent company wouldn’t have given my money back or sent my outfits. Do not order from them…

Poor communication

I ordered two outfits for a wedding three months prior to the event. After emailing me to say that there was a delay a few weeks before the wedding I had no communication from the team at all about where my outfits were and whether they would be delivered at all!! I contacted them via instagram WhatsApp and email and had no response until I mentioned to take legal action. They refunded me but now I have no outfits a week before the event

Very bad quality of clothes - replicas!!!

We ordered three suits for my sisters wedding. Delivery was good, the clothes came on time, and Bahirah was responding to my queries up until my clothes were sent.

However, when receiving the clothes, the quality was not at all as expected. One of the suits is in two different colors (the pants are one color and the blouse is another color) and it does not have the tassels as pictured, instead some cheap tassels were used.

The second suits lehnga is completely simple while it is adorned with gota on the picture.

The third suits design is completely off - there are no cutouts as on the pictures and no tassels either.

It is clearly replicas we have received while we have paid full price!!! When contacting the company I am receiving no response even though I have been contacting them both on e-mail and on Whatsapp since 12th September, which is the day after we received our order. I need a response and a refund!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I previously ordered from Bahirah a year ago and had no issues, so when I needed an outfit for an event it made sense to order from them. I contacted them via insta and whatsapp and they promised that the item I wanted would be delivered on time. I contacted them multiple times and they said it had been dispatched, but failed to provide tracking info and then blocked me from seeing their insta stories and stopped responding. The item arrived just a few days ago, a month after they promised it would be delivered. The tracking info showed it was dispatched only a week before delivery. So I was lied to. The item also arrived wet. I have contacted them about this via email, whatsapp and insta and had no response. Also, sizing was completely off.
Trust the bad reviews and stay away from these scammers.

AVOID ORDERING! VERY BAD QUALITY

Please do not order from here,
The customer service is terrible, they don’t even reply to you until I threatened to take legal action.
I ordered on 30th July and event is on 20th August and they said I would have the clothes before that date. My clothes arrived on the day of the wedding and it was not even original Pakistani designer, was a copy suit, does not even match the picture, the fabric is less on the suit so they have stitched together and can see patches on the dress and sleeves. And their size guide is also wrong, we ordered medium and the size is not right so we had to open it up to the fullest on the wedding day while we were getting ready. Please avoid at all costs.
