I was sceptical of using a new company but read the reviews and was reassured about ordering. My dog is little and she's never had a harness that just fits instantly, until now, without a load of adjusting and messing around first. Absolutely lovely quality and, as the walker, the handles are so much softer and ergonomical than the others we've tried.

Fast delivery, well made products

I purchased a harness and bow tie as a bday present for a friends dog. Over a week later it has still not arrived and the bday has long passed. I have sent emails pointing out that it is stuck at a Royal Mail sorting office - it has been for tire last 6 days and shows no sign of movement. I requested a refund. Their extremely slow response time and handling have been appalling. They have said I have to wait for Royal Mail to get back to them and allow completion of delivery and this can take 10 days . There seems to be no recognition that my contract is with Coco and Bailey, not Royal Mail. Any problems with Royal Mail is theirs not mine. This is a risky business to order from. Not only do you not get your ordered item but they keep your money until they feel like refunding. I’ll be updating as and when I get my money back. This is a business that takes your money but takes no responsibility when they fail to deliver the goods!

These are great quality harness sets. My puppy has a few of them. Customer service are brilliant with any enquiries. Arrived very quickly. Perfect.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bailey & Coco for a long time and have placed multiple orders over the years without ever having an issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

My most recent order was marked as delivered, with a card posted through my door stating it had been left in my recycling bin. This is not a safe place I have ever nominated, and I live on a busy public walkway opposite a park, so it is an entirely unsecured location.

When I checked, the parcel was not there. I also checked surrounding areas and with neighbours, but it had clearly gone missing. Unfortunately, the location where it was supposedly left is not covered by CCTV, so I have no way of recovering it.

I contacted Bailey & Coco immediately to report the issue. Despite this, I had to chase multiple times just to receive a response. When I finally did receive a reply, I was told that as the parcel had been marked as delivered, they were unable to offer compensation. This was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete lack of support, especially given my history as a repeat customer.

I then contacted Royal Mail directly, who logged the issue and advised me to pursue the matter with the sender, as they are responsible for resolving it. This left me in a position where I was effectively being passed back and forth, with very little proactive help from Bailey & Coco.

What has frustrated me most is not just that something went wrong—these things can happen—but how it was handled. Communication was slow, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, and there was no real attempt to take ownership or resolve the situation promptly.

As a long-standing customer, I would have expected a much higher level of service when an issue like this arises. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of the company.

I will not be using Bailey & Coco again.

Amazing quality and the most beautiful designs. Having miniature dachshunds it can be hard to find harnesses that fit well. But these are brilliant and fit so well. And we love all the matching accessories. Always speedy delivery and the best customer service.

I’ve ordered 2 items from B&C being dog collar & harness for my beautiful collie.
The items are exceptional quality and look good on Luna.
What I like about Bailey & Coco is all the detailed info you can read before buying and I feel I am getting educated as this being our first dog 🙂
They keep the communication with you during the order & sending process etc.,
I wouldn’t hesitate ordering anything I need for Luna, it’s a wonderful company 👏

Not very happy purchased a bundle harness was too small so ordered larger but instead of a straight swap I was worried they didn’t have the same colour so ordered one paid £40 and only got a refund of £19 after spending a bit if money with them in the last few months

Absolutely amazing company.
I needed to exchange an item and they did it straight away, super fast postage.
Answered emails quickly and had a lovely way about them.
So happy with the bag, it was a gift for my mum and she loves it.
