We purchased a brand new Alicanto Grande Delux Porto 2025 and have had nothing but problems. A water leak on the inside bedroom wall on the first night of use and is still not fixed despite numerous trips back to dealership. There are too many other issues to list here. We have sent two emails to Bailey of Bristol and we have had no reply or even acknowledgement!
Quality control and customer service is non existent.
Spend your money on better builds.

£80k for a new Motorhome (Bailey Adamo 75-4 DL) that has fault after fault after fault.
And their 'trusted partner' service centre are just as hopeless carrying out repairs that need repairing.
If I'd known how bad this whole experience is I'd have paid the extra and bought elsewhere.

We have sent 5 emails and had no reply so not sure if there is any customer service!
After purchasing a new motorhome after closer inspection interior window trim hanging off, horrendous noise from the roof window, blind not working, trim behind seating not fitted correctly. We have had nothing but problems and still having them. One holiday was total ruined through problems with our Adamo electrics and spent nine nights sleeping on the floor. The electrics are still not sorted.
Would we deal with Bailey again or purchase from them - our advice is to stay away!

We had some technical difficulty sending the transfer of ownership form to Bailey. However, thanks to Elliott who sorted our problem out without any fuss. Great service. Thanks!

Just a heads-up regarding our purchase last year of a new Bailey caravan. When we had it serviced this year, the engineer pointed out that the tyres were almost two years older than the caravan itself.
While this isn't illegal, it does raise serious questions about Bailey’s customer standards. It means I’ll have to replace the tyres two years earlier than expected—just to stay within insurance requirements and safety guidelines.
This isn’t something most buyers think to check, but it really should be. So if you’re buying a new caravan (from any manufacturer), check the tyre date codes before you sign. It could save you hassle and extra cost down the line. Since writing this I have had a reply from Bailey saying that they will take note of my report. I am one of many people that have reported this. The next person who complains about this will get the same standard reply, and it still doesn't help me.

We bought a 3 year old bailey and one of the services looked like it had been missed by a previous owner. so this geranyl means the warranty is void!
but i had the van fully serviced and then spoke the Bailey and I emailed as much details of previous service and sales receipt and luckily the swapped the remaining warranty over to me. Very good service.

Bought a unicorn 5Vigo 2022 model from new, we have had damp issues on front window rubbers which are being done under warranty, contacted bailey about decals bubbling, water is getting behind them, they told me they are only covered by a 2 year warranty which I find not acceptable, very poor quality decals, in the storage yard where I store mine there are 2 other unicorn 5 starting to show bubbles on decals as well, for us we are going to walk away from bailey caravans due to poor quality Paul.

Difficult to get answer on phone
Could be clearer contact required. Then long wait.
Once got to person required was then sorted relatively quickly.
A direct email to reply would have been nice rather than a bulk account which takes up to 5 days to reply.

Poor aftercare service. Took 8 weeks to get a response of any sort to a phone call and follow up email regarding Campervan specification to allow us to get the new van insured. Van itself lacks basic quality control. Appears to be built in a rush and as cheaply as possible without basic quality control. Issue included; non functional cab lights, cab overhead shelf not fitted correctly, loose wires behind head liner in cab, incorrectly fitted partition hinges, bent locker hinge, water tank full of plastic shavings, we still end up drinking two months later, over head locker doors not fitted correctly so will not stay shut. Then external paint defects, over spray, sealant drips and runs over the paint work, tar and dirt under graphics. Vans thermal insulation standard not as advertised without fitting additional tank heaters and insulation jackets at our cost. Having to wait approximately 12 weeks for the dealership to find a slot to look at issues and hopefully resolve them. Booked in 24th September
Update 24th Oct - Bailey/dealership still not taking responsibility or action to resolve interior cab light issue. Ford investigation confirmed issue is with conversion having followed their warranty procedures.

what is the point in having a help support desk if they cannot be bothered to reply to a question, tried numerous time to get a response but they are too busy or just ignorant ,

I had not received the warranty for the previously owned motorhome I had purchased. I contacted Bailey at Bristol and it was forwarded to me by email the same day.

Poor quality control, No customer service.
Motorhome build quality terrible.
Rear light surrounds rusting due to poor quality.
Part of Bailey...Prima leisure sent replacements out wrongly and what should have been 1 phone call ended in 7 and i may have to cancel my mot due to a reversing light being sent out wrongly.
People saying they call you back and they don't.
Terrible service.
I then find out they don't have a customer service! well there is a surprise!

Response was pretty quick.Got what I requested in a short time

It’s so typical of companies that they send you a request to review without checking that they have dealt with your query, which is the same in this instance hence only two stars.

We have been very pleased with our Bailey Caravans owning senators, pageants and more recently a pursuit which is the ‘youngest’ of the caravans we have owned. The pageant is over 25 years old and still in use by my parents.
Sadly, factory damage has been found in the pursuit - a large hole covered with silicone which has degraded and over the years let water in rotting the floor and costing Thousands to repair.
This has, appropriately, not happened within the ‘6 year warranty’ stage.
Shoddy workmanship, obviously employing monkeys in their workshops and even worse factory workers patching things up.
This is a family caravan, bought with the children in mind. I don’t mind needing to have things fixed that is simple wear and tear but this is a factory error that should not have been sold to the original buyers (who I am still in contact with)
A total disgrace.
Worst of all, Bailey are trying to brush it under the carpet Using the ‘over 6 years old’ excuse. Step up and realise this is very very poor and needs rectifying or compensating me for the £3k that I’ve had to spend fixing it so far.
I won’t be buying a Bailey again, or recommending.
