I rarely leave reviews but feel like customers should know my experience.in the past few months i have spent over 3000.00 with this company which i realize is not a ton but for me is not a small amount. I recently ordered some consumables on line and then realized I had not received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them and asked why they had not shipped and they said one item in my order was backordered or not in stock. I asked for them to go ahead and send me the rest of my order. They then replied they would have to charge me shipping because shipping without that item would put me under the free shipping mark. So because of their mistake they want to delay my order and charge me more if i want it quicker. I told them to cancel my order and i would happily pay more money to deal with people or other companies that dont try to nickel and dime customers and care about customer service. I gave them a chance to fix this and they did not care.

Inequitable Buyer/Seller Relationship

I was pleased with the FR denim shirt and jeans that I ordered, additionally the prices were very fair. However, I also ordered 2 pairs of jeans in a different size as a backup. When I tried to return the 2 pairs that didn't fit, the process was quite complicated. I had to email them to request a return, then send them photographs of the items with the original packaging, tags attached, and the packing order visible. One of the many tags on a pair of the jeans had come off... the aforementioned tag and jeans were still "mint", this was not an issue in the photos, nor should it have any effect on the return. After sending the photos, they replied with a shipping label, informing me they would credit my payment method after deducting shipping and handling fees and a restocking fee for each item. The situation caused me to revaluate the buyer/seller relationship I had entered into (and I was not wrong). When I contacted them to follow up, they informed me that they could no longer accept the items because their return policy only allowed returns within 14 days. It appeared unjust and unreasonable, particularly for online transactions, and taking into account the cumbersome process they put you through. I felt they were prioritizing their sales over customer satisfaction, with a casual indifference that was disappointing and unacceptable.
