Never reimbursed

. They want to make you believe that the all for baby is different, in fact it is the same.
I have never been reimbursed a single Penny 9 months later after having paid shoes 450 euros which came back to them ( as they confirmed in an email). They are the most terrible thieves I ever met.. run away from them. RUN AWAY and avoid them.

Avoid - You have been warned

Absolute con artists , they sent the wrong size shoes and when I tried to return they quoted me a refund of £55 even though I had paid £148 . They do not supply the product they pay other suppliers from other countries who then send them out this basically lets them double the price they pay to the suppliers. I wish I would have checked here first and read all the awful reviews prior to placing my order. Also all their E-Mails are sent from a No Reply address so don't expect any support from them , you have been warned!!!

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Balardi.com.
Please note that this is not the legitimate “Balardi.net”, but a different domain — Balardi.com, which uses fake company information to mislead customers.
Based on my personal experience, this company operates with highly suspicious and misleading practices.

There are no official company details provided — no verified address, VAT number, or legal contact information.

Their customer service technically exists, but only as a formality — all responses are just to buy time and create the illusion of a functioning support team. The chat is clearly run by a bot that keeps repeating the same line: “your order cannot be found.”

There are no guarantees that your order will ever arrive. In my case, they stopped responding right after receiving the payment.

And if you do receive something, it’s most likely a fake — the item I got was falsely advertised as a luxury brand but turned out to be a cheap imitation.

I strongly recommend protecting yourself and avoiding any purchases from this website.

I’m sharing this review because all the “positive reviews” on their site look fake and fabricated, and people might fall into the same trap.

Do not trust Balardi.com — it’s a scam.

Rip Off for returns after the cocked up delivery!

My daughter ordered shoes from Balardi and paid for them to be delivered by a certain date. They arrived later that required. She refused the delivery out of sheer anger, and is now being hit with all kinds of charges. If I can get to speak to someone it would be great but they hide behind a PC and send repetitive replies of the same nature ie see terms and conditions

Do not purchase from this Company

Do not purchase from this Company. I purchased an item that was unsuitable and returned back to them a month ago.
They have not processed the refund and are not responding to emails.
This is a scam.

Destroyed box, 200 in custom fees and 75 in shipping return. Terrible customer service. Shady company.

Paid for shipping insurance. Box came destroyed, 1500 dollar bag I purchased was exposed under the destroyed box. Was told this was not their fault, what did I pay shipping insurance for? Took me weeks to receive a response from customer service to return the box, was told I would receive a partial refund, was offer 50 dollar refund and an additional 50 dollar in cash back. Took me weeks to get a response to return the bag. Was told there was nothing wrong with the bag. Had to pay 75 dollars in shipping return fees and 200 in customs which I was not refunded for. Will never buy from this company again and will never recommend to friends and family. Awful experience.

Balardi are liars and thieves

Balardi are liars and thieves
They charge for delivery and then lie that there is a return tax to pay and a return delivery charge. This is not true
My return label states that the delivery is already paid and you do not have to pay twice for duties when you return an item
They have stolen £75 from me on a £150 order
I suggest you don't ever deal with them
They make a lot of money fraudulently from items that are returned. I am going to make sure they do not fleece me
They will write something sycophantic against this review

Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could. Do not shop here. I received a faulty and damaged item, have requested a return since the minute the item was delivered. Two weeks of emailing the company asking for a return with no answers. They told me they would refund me partially, then told me a few days later they will give me 50 dollars back and a 50 dollar cash back for a 1700 dollar purchase. I had to escalate the dispute with my credit company and will be taking legal action. Never shopping here again, would never recommend this company to any friend or family.
