Great customer experience which not only dealt efficiently with the claw on my ring no longer snagging but a beautifully cleaned ring returned to me. They also admired my mother’s engagement ring nearly 100 yrs old and gave advice to keep it in as good a state as is now so I wouldn’t ruin it further. So left there with a huge smile. Thank you all. I may not purchase from them, but I often require other services such as ring resizing and cleaning etc. They are very helpful and friendly and I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.

From the first moment I contacted Baldwin Jewellers, they were extremely helpful, and I thought it couldn't get any better. However, when I made my first visit to the store, the customer service they offered was even better, and every member of the staff was so happy and accommodating. James was prompt in getting in touch with me and kept me updated throughout the process as I worked with him to create the ideal Bespoke engagement ring for my partner. The timeline from beginning to end was unbelievable, and he was able to complete the design and fabrication of the ring in time for me to propose to my girlfriend in New York while I was taking her away for her 30th birthday and her big surprise (she said YES.) My partner has had so many compliments on the ring, and she adores it completely!

I will always give Baldwin Jewelers my highest recommendation, and we extremely pleased with everything, from the customer care to the final product.

Having lost a stone from my engagement ring we chose Baldwin Jewellery having bought gorgeous Pearl and diamond earrings there last year They were so helpful- getting a selection of stones for me to choose from and helping us make the best choice. My engagement ring looks amazing. They also resized it and other rings. Staff all helpful and kept me informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.

After buying 2 rings over three months I found them to be very professional and helpful. Both rings had to be resized, they were perfect on collection. I highly recommend them for your jewellery.

Such an enjoyable shopping experience. The staff are so knowledgable and friendly about the diamonds and which ring would suit me best. Baldwin jewellery is a white glove experience without the pushy sales staff. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My elderly mother wanted her wedding ring made bigger for her birthday as arthritis had stopped her from wearing it , as my father has passed, it was upsetting for her ..

Popped into Baldwins to choose a wedding anniversary gift. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, without being at all pushy. I had really struggled to find what I wanted elsewhere but found the perfect ring in Baldwins and absolutely love it. Wonderful service.
Mr Baldwin recently reset an old diamond ring that had been left to me by my mother, creating a more modern, sparkling new ring. It is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. When it looked as if it may not be ready for a very special event that I wanted to wear it to, Mr Baldwin pulled out all the stops to make sure that I had it in time.

I have a very unusually designed cross,it had become tarnished and looked very sorry for itself ,the chain was broken. This piece of jewellery is very sentimental for me, but had remained in a box unloved. I had taken the necklace to a larger jewellery shop but I was told that the cross was not solid silver and not worth repairing.
I spoke to John at Baldwin Jewellery and he checked it and said it is solid silver and he would be able to clean it. Result : One beautiful shiny silver cross and a beautiful new chain currently hanging around my neck, one extremely satisfied customer. I would certainly recommend these lovely people they are so kind with fantastic customer service & beautifully crafted and originally designed jewellery.

Hadn't worn my wedding ring for years as it was to small, must have been to four jeweller's who didn't even want to attempt to enlarge it.
John took a look and said yes we can give it a go, friendly and a real people person and I have my wedding ring back.
