I am so impressed with my Bali Body…

I am so impressed with my Bali Body products. I am the kind of person that loves a super dark tan and their ultra dark self tanning mousse did just this. I have never had such a rich, bronze colour from a fake tan before. Highly recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin types as well, was super hydrating.

Best self tan I have used

I had a really good online shopping experience with Bali Body. I've read so many reviews & was so intrigued to try the Self Tanning Mousse for myself. I got a shipping confirmation & tracked my package with UPS easily. Shipping took a few days longer but that's to be expected with everything that is going on at the moment. It's easily one of the best tans I have used - will be shopping again!

I had no problems with shipping and…

I had no problems with shipping and received my package within a couple days of ordering. I did do express shipping and I was able to track package. From the reviews, it seems shipping issues of product not being received has been with standard delivery. I just tried the tanning mousse for the first time and have it on right now. No issues with applying. I did purchase the mitt. I do wish I had moisturized my knees beforehand because my knees already look darker then the rest of my legs. I plan on leaving it on my skin for 4 hours. I can smell it but it’s not overwhelming. It does feel a little tacky but not too bad to where it’s annoying me. Praying I don’t turn out orange!

I ordered my face tanner two weeks ago

I ordered my face tanner two weeks ago. The delivery date was supposed to be 04/20/20
I still have not received my order, you can't track your order, and the customer service is only through email which they don't answer. I have emailed them 4 times and have gotten no response. I now don't have the product and I have lost $30.00.
I am going to report this company.

I was super excited to try this product…

I was super excited to try this product just from seeing it advertised so much on social media. I bought the application mitt and the dark self-tan mousse. I have olive skin and tan easily in the sun, so I was expecting a beautiful natural glow like advertised. When I first applied it the color was amazing! It wasn't orange, it gave me a nice, natural, and even tan. They directions say to leave it on for 4-8 hours for best results. I left it on for about 8 hours (slept with it). And when I woke up the next morning, I looked like a pumpkin straight out of the patch. So orange, so streaky- I was appalled and embarrassed to even leave my apartment even after a deep scrub in the shower. Buy it or don't buy it. But I think there are better options out there color and glow wise- it needed a bit more sparkle.

Good products

I bought a tanning oil and got a moisturizer as a gift. The tanning oil worked wonders - I got a tan on my face and hands while sitting outside fully dressed for about 20 mins. Can't wait to try it when the tanning salons open! The moisturizer is really nice as well. I didn't like the smell of the tanning oil though, at first it smelled really good (I ordered the grape one) but then it started smelling like liquorice which I hate. Also you can't track your order with free delivery which was a bit unsettling.

Amazing and dark

I have really pale dry skin and eczema and this is the best tan for me. It’s super dark but not orange and doesn’t smell as much as others. My first order didn’t arrive so they refunded me in one day and I ordered another. I’d recommend the express delivery because you can’t track the other one though! Amazing stuff, I hope they sell it in drug stores soon.

Scam Sham Joke of a company

Scam Sham Joke of a company! My order came in cheap, crummy packaging that was literally theft bait. It was flimsy plastic envelope with chintzy adhesive closure that was a piece of cake to open and reclose (say, after someone stole the product out they could reseal it and still deliver it to my mailbox maybe?) but also the bottom seam of the envelope was open—so my package arrived but that was all, the packaging and not the product. I contacted them several times and got absolutely zero response, they just ignored them. Ultimately I had to contact my bank to stop payment to these clowns because the only thing more irritating than getting no product and no customer service was them getting paid for that. My bank also had their numerous inquiries completely ignored by this sham of a company. In all, PLEASE save your frustration and spend your hard earned money on a worthy company, one of the countless others who offer great tanning products and actually have the skills, intelligence and integrity conduct business and run a company because these crooks do not.

Worst customer service

Hi. New to Bali body products. I too purchase over a 150.00 worth of products and did not receive my products. I have been contacting them through email and they seem to ignore me and say they can’t do anything. I think the better business bureau should look into this company.

To be honest I was wary of ordering…

To be honest I was wary of ordering when I saw the negative reviews on this website but nonetheless, I took a chance. I ordered on a Monday and by Wednesday I had already received an email that my order was shipped with a delivery date for that same Friday (I live in South Florida). Everything was perfect with my order, no issues or complaints at all.

As many of the other reviews go, I ordered a product and never received it, and on top of that, customer service stopped replying to me and won't give me a refund. I am livid beyond words. Please, do not waste your time or money on this company. You'll be down $50 and have gotten no product in return.

I ordered the fake tan mousse 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved my order. I have emailed customer service and receive one email a day constantly asking if my address is correct or if I am definitely a 'miss' clearly to avoid telling me they have lost my order.

Lost in transit

Ordered the face tan water and was shipped out on April 25th and sadly never received it.
Was in touch with customer service for a few weeks and they told me to wait it out until eventually I was told (on May 22, almost a month later) it was lost in transit and that the face tan water is now out of stock.

Customer service was kind and offered either a refund or to wait until it comes back in stock mid-June.
I went with the refund as I have been wanting the face tan water for a few events this summer and my worry with it being shipped mid June is that it wouldn't come until July.

Sadly, I will probably be investing in alternative face tan products at my local Sephora and not trying out this brand.

Offering a complimentary product after an instance like this is a good way to reach out to potential customers that have experienced shipping difficulties.

I have had a similar situation like this happen before with another company and became a loyal customer after they remediated the situation by letting me still test out their product, in that case, I was not upset that the shipping took so long as they also issued a refund, just a suggestion for the future.

I am writing a review here because they delete anything negative on their website and social media

I am writing a review here because they will not publish the exact review that you are about to read. They also delete any social media comments from their customers that do not show them in any less than a perfect light. They are manipulating reviews to entice customers and the more I look the more I see how many poor people are being swindled by this company. This is the review that I wrote which was not published.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The customer service is horrendous and they are very selfish and sneaky. My product didn't arrive and they quite frankly don't care. They told me that it takes 3-5 days for delivery. At the time of placing the order the website said free and fast shipping and 2-3 working days. When I received the confirmation of shipping last Wednesday 1st May it said 3-5 working days. I thought hang on it doesn't say that on the website. If I had known it would take so long I would have paid extra for express shipping. I took a screenshot of the 2-3 days statement on the website. This has now been changed to reflect the true shipping time. Nothing fast and free about 5 working days darlings. That aside it's been 6 working days and my product is nowhere to be seen. I have requested a refund and for it to be escalated to a manager. The person who replies takes their sweet time in doing so and when she does she ignores my request for a refund and my complaint being escalated. She also keeps telling me that it's been 4 working days. I don't know how each day that goes by can still add up to 4 but I calculate that I placed my order 10 days ago on the 30th April. There is a serious lack of professionalism and the 'customer service' is horrendous. A decent company would have apologised and put it right immediately. I'm absolutely livid because I have a wedding on Saturday that I bought it for. It's not a cheap product either. If they had issued a refund I could have purchased an alternative product but I can't justify spending out another £25-£30 on a fake tan unless I know I'm getting refunded for this one. It's clearly not coming. I checked with the post office depot and they don't have it. I also checked with my neighbours and they don't have it by mistake (there are only 6 of us in a gated area). And the worst part about this company.....I left a comment on a recent Instagram post saying my product hasn't arrived and customer services aren't replying to me. THEY DELETED THE COMMENT. This fake tan looks amazing but a company that treats their paying customers like this should not be operating. Thank God I paid via PayPal. I feel sick giving one star.

This company needs to be shut down. (This is an addition to my review above).

Heartily recommendable!

This company is great and the products are excellent. I bought the BB Cream Natural and also the tanning Oil's (Watermelon 6SPF & Pineapple). I would heartily recommend those products if you like a good smelling tanning oil and a natural skin with a shiny touch.

I am so upset with this company

I am so upset with this company. I bought 5 products and it’s been over 3 months and I haven’t gotten my products yet. I had a issue with fedex because they said my address was wrong when it was not. Unfortuatly this was the first thing I ordered when I moved in to my new place. I told the customer service my situation and they wanted me to pay another shipping fee right away but they never received the product yet. They haven’t really been in contact with me. I’m out 200 dollars because they will not refund me for the products I never received. I really wish they would actually care about their customers and respond back. It’s not like I am a rich person who can afford to be out of that much money.
