We do ensure all our balloon gifts are in perfect condition before they leave our studios, but unfortunately due to the nature of helium balloons they are very occasionally damaged or deflate in transit, so please accept our apologies for this.

Disappointed.
The balloon arrived on time and was packaged beautifully. The disappointment was it only lasted a few days . I feel for the price it should have been in good condition for at least a week. For this reason I would not use the company again.
