It started 3/4 weeks ago. I placed a order paid extra to get delivery on 2/2/26 for my wife’s birthday, on 2/2/26 by lunchtime the balloon hadn’t arrived so I rang the store to see what was going on, got told delivery would be later that day?? Why pay more for delivery. I explained that it was my wife’s birthday and I was taking her out for lunch the shop person said leave a note on your door for your driver to drop it in a safe place . Did exactly as was told we went out had lunch came back no delivery no card left saying tried to deliver so contact the shop she said she would chase the courier and get back to me guess what 8days later still waiting for the balloon and a call back. Shocking service please don’t purchase any thing from this store.

Used this company a few times. Never had a problem. Delivered on time. My adult son is autistic and has little interest in the actual balloons but always remembers and loves the little packet of Haribos in the box . I haven’t opened the box yet but will update if there are any issues .

The balloon arrived deflated and…
The balloon arrived deflated and unusable. Sadly it was a gift and the birthday girl was upset and disappointed when she saw the state of the balloon. I have reached out to BalloonsByPost for a replacement (or refund) but am yet to receive a reply.
Update: I have heard from the company and they are promising a replacement balloon.
Final update: the company sent a replacement balloon of my choice that arrived in good condition.

You initially contacted us over the weekend when our offices were closed and we got back to you on Monday morning to offer a replacement balloon, which has since been sent and confirmed as received in good condition - so we hope the birthday girl has been enjoying it!

I just called my daughter and found out that the Balloon was not yet delivered....on 29th Nov. The Birthday Balloon was then delivered on 1st December. But anyway, it was delivered. That is good. Thank you for that.

Delivery did in fact take place on the date you requested, even though you chose a delivery service which doesn't guaranteed this - the recipient wasn't at home so it was left with a neighbour for them. We have emailed separately to kindly ask that your review is amended to reflect this but haven't heard back. We hope the recipient has been enjoying their balloon gift!

I was disappointed that the balloon arrived the day after the due delivery date and the gift tag didn’t have any details on so my granddaughter didn’t know it was from me and had to ring around to see who had sent it.

We'd however like to kindly note that the balloon gift arrived within the timeframe given, based on the 1st class delivery option you chose - we clearly state that choosing this postal option does not guarantee that your balloon will arrive on a particular day. To ensure this, you had the option to choose a Guaranteed Delivery service if the date of delivery was crucial.
You also didn't add a gift card message when you placed your order, so we weren't able to include one with the gift.
We hope your granddaughter has been enjoying her balloon!

You take a chance, ordering goods off the internet. You hope that they will be of an acceptable standard. I ordered a 3 set balloon package for a friend’s 60th birthday. He was so pleased and sent me a photo. The balloons were as ordered and of a good size. They arrived in plenty of time. I found them to be good value and I will be using this company again in the future, if needed.

The items I ordered arrived within the timeframe given (I paid extra to ensure next day delivery). The goods were as advertised, helium balloons for a Diamond Wedding anniversary which I found difficult to obtain elsewhere at short notice. The recipients were absolutely delighted with their gift.

I can see that you have also reached out to us via email to which we responded to explain that your order was placed with the First Class post option, which takes 1-2 working days to arrive.
We can see that the delivery has now been made. As the delivery was going to a hospital it can take some time to progress through their internal postal system. We hope that your recipient enjoys their balloon gift.
