Bally bet completely stole my deposit and my winnings.
As soon as I won, they said "closed account" and want all this verification of who I am.
I gave them my photo with my Id then 2 weeks later they said they need me to take another photo with my social security card and more pics of me and my id.
COMPLETE SCAM and rip off casino.
What a rouse. I hope they rot in hell.
They can have the damn money, I'll go somewhere else.

This company is a complete scam. They change the lines all the time, and right when you try to bet, in their favor. Even worse than that, they have $200 of my money in my account and came up with some a verification issue, and asked for multiple documents. I provided them all to then but they still won't release my
funds. Such a big company, in the casino world. But the want to steal my little $200. So sad when a company, like this, that makes millions, on poor people and their bad habits. Not only can they take what you give them, but steal what's not their's. I'm completely disgusted with the company and thier costomers service, which has lied to me and taken advantage of their position. I plan to report to the fcc, and if they will hear me out, the news. Waited 5 days after submitting documents and still not verified. So I went to live chat and they said they would connect me to a human, but I waited 1.5 hours and never got help. Horrible customer service

I understand when I'm playing online slots that the odds are against me. The casino is in business or taking money, not giving it away. But I've spent thousands on that damn site and I NEVER WIN! How is that even possible?!? They don't even give away insentives to keep play. They're give aways are laughable and borderline insulting. I play three games I like and it will give me one or two bonuses and then NOTHING. They claim its randomly generated so my luck could change, but I call bullshit. I'm calling scam. It sure didn't have a problem taking a deposit from me but when I hit for a measley 200$ I've been going thru hell trying to withdraw it. Don't use that casino if your playing for real money. SCAM

This has to be the worst betting app there is you place your money on a bet you win and then they tell you you have to wait 24 hours before it goes back on your debit card that's insane nobody wants to wait a whole day when all the other sites like DraftKings ,Fanduel ,Hard Rock ....you get your money instantly I'll never use them again

Usually you can get past the automated customer support on most sites quickly, but it looks like Ballybet made some changes to their customer service, because you absolutely CANNOT get to a real person on their live chat, and their AI/chatbot is beyond useless. It's insanely frustrating to deal with.

Bally bet and monopoly in new jersey are rigged and no customer service. I been playing them for months and no winnings. I play 777 and triple play poker and never won I was crazy to keep playing but as of today no more lesson learned. I spent some money and don't even receive vip or bonuses. Also you might earn money but can't play it on certain games but the game you lost money on.

Never works. And when it does sticks glitches and takes all your money. If you do win they keep it. Don't play

I am a newly signed player, I put a deposit on it and money wasn't credited but as per my bank it was SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSITED. I contacted the customer service, they said the deposit was PENDING and I have to wait within a day to see the deposit to be credited. It was so frustrating. I have never experienced this kind of issue on any other betting site. I also regretted signing up. So beware depositing.

I wouldn't even give it a star. First deposit went fine. Then when I made my second one and placed a wager , it went through , then when I checked to see how my parlay was doing, it said my account was closed. Reached out at time via chat and they were like we will send you an email. I checked everyday and on 3rd day after me asking I don't even know why my account was closed they said check your email. Supposedly an issue with my bank but the deposit into bally went through anf my bank didn't tell me there was an issue. Eventually they said it would take 3 to 5 weeks to get the situation resolved. I asked for my 10 deposit back but they said I used the full amount in which I know I didn't, but I was angry so I just said close my account. Agents via chat do not know anything and I felt mine was frustrated cuz she was like they will email you I can't do anything, you will get a survey and have a nice day. Nothing like is there anything else. Stay away from them, way better more sites to try your luck at. BALLYS IS GARBAGE . I texted all my friends that wager to not look in their direction. The last gentlemen who i spoke to, due to me having to call a number that when you hear their introduction says you can only use number for tennessee, any other state has to use the chat option. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Make that NEGATIVE stars, actually. You opt into their promos, which disappear after doing so, meaning you are unable to go back and see the fine print and prove to support that you followed the T&Cs correctly (not like it matters; more on this later), and then, they fail to honor the promotion. I opted into their "10% bonus" promo, where I deposited and played through the max of $250 (receive 10%: a $25 bonus). Never received it, and no one ever answers via chat support or email. I foolishly opted into another one that said "Bet $20 on 777 Strike, and receive a $5 sportsbook bonus." I literally bet 20 straight $1 hands and didn't win a red cent, and to make matters worse, I never received the $5 bonus promised either. Again, no one in their "support" team gets back to you. They are 100% a scam operation -- a shameful one at that. Avoid at all costs.

So as everyone else. I won on bonus bets tried to withdraw and now my identity is in question. I send all documents with weeks between each email reply. You can't speak to anyone live unless in Tennessee so I also do text chat with no answers but it will be expedited. Still nothing 3 months later. Everyone on here needs to report their case to the gaming commission. I've spoke to them and they were shocked by my story. They need shut down.
