Partal Scam, I did received a couple successfully withdrawals but still waiting for one. It's no much only $12 but customer service is non existent

Not only did the app not tell me right away that my state was not supported but it allowed me to deposit then it wouldn’t let me withdraw. To make it even worse when my withdraw failed, it automatically switched it to another deposit so they took double my money. Their app boasts they have 24/7 support with the live chat but they don’t. They live chat just takes a message, the phone goes to a recording, and I’ve not received any responses my email. They are a scam!

Absolute joke of a betting app. Out of no where for no reason they "closed my account" with money still in it and with active bets. Then they told me I couldn't access it because they were doing an account review and that I would be contacted. Took me a whole day to get ahold of anyone then while I'm using the live chat after finally getting ahold of someone they disconnect and stop messaging me. I've sent 4 emails and I've gotten nothing back. Do not use this app. Not only is the app shit the customer service is even worse.

This is a scam. Do not use this app. They will take your money and make it almost impossible to get your money out. You have to use all your bonus bets, but you have to equal your bonus best in cash in order to cash out which could depend on how much money you put on depends on how much money a bonus best you receive and you have to match those bonus bets before you can get your money in other words so take my advice. This app should be reported to the FBI Better Business Bureau. Whoever is full of it and they just some little freaks hiding in a hut, taking people money.

I’ve been playing and betting with this app for over 3 months. It’s never a problem with me depositing my money to bet but it’s been like fight a war to receive my $700 winnings. I’ve communicated with someone name Oliver (don’t believe it’s a real person) and was told it takes 24-72 for my winnings in which it’s been 8 days now. Don't waste your money. Odds appear to be hugely in the house's favor. Their customer service team was fairly responsive when I closed my account but, in my opinion, there are much better sites out there.

Yet another low review for this terrible sportsbook. I worked with customer service agent Kiarah, who I think was just a robot. Dedicated 4 hours of my day today waiting on chats to be disconnected and end up with no help. I was sent a promo email for a bonus made the deposit and they never credited the bonus. I reached out to support and they have no clarity, the agent took hours to respond, and if you leave the chat it closes and you’ll have to start all over again. Seriously even if this sports book offers you free money, decline. They will steal your time. You’re better off using a legitimate sports book such as draft kings, one that everyone knows of and operated like an actual business. Pretty sure a millenial owns this company and is trying to rug pull. Beware and stay away. Waste of time, money, and effort.

Cashing out has been a nightmare. There was way too many sites available to have to jump through as many hoops as they want you to just to cash out. Depositing money is never an issue. Bally sportsbook is literally the worst sportsbook out there. Stay away. They offer no bonuses or deposit matching. No incentives to play. Impossible to reach customer service, and no responses to emails as well. The only thing that works correctly is the deposit button. They wont even pay you out. My experience with Ballys Bet. Signed up 2 years ago and I should have stopped playing when I received 17 deposits without a scatter and the game plays were worse then any casino I played on, I did manage to withdraw $250, at that point I was down over $400, set-up a break, returned months later to the same, but that time again, another 15 deposits of no scatters and set-up another break. September 2024, 18 straight deposits, not one scatter, not one! The game plays were horrible, contacted chat which was a joke, the Agent replied, sorry about your bad luck, luck didn't have anything to do with luck, I didn't find anything random or fair playing on their rigged gaming site and now I won't be playing on their casino, now down over $500 and I believe I was scammed.
