Great customer service!!! I have an umbrella outside that I had not used since last year. A few screws were lost and I sent them an email, totally not expecting such great customer service! Got a call from them to make sure they were sending the correct screws. Mailed them and fixed my umbrella in no time!! Thanks guys!!! Great company!

The Team at Bambrella are fantastic. We have replaced every umbrella on our property with these durable and good looking canopies. The ordering process is simple. I have only needed to contact service once for a single broken spar. Because of the construction, Bambrella sent us the replacement spar and in 5 minutes we had it swapped out.
I highly recommend Bambrella. You will love the many options to choose from.

We bought a very expensive umbrella that was under warranty. The bamboo post rotted and broke. We called almost a year ago for replacement and we are yet to get our replacement. We were told that some people have to wait for a year or longer to get their replacements. What kind of warranty do you call this. Now it’s Spring and we can’t sit out on our patio in the shade. My husband has skin cancer and cannot be in the sun. I like the product, but the customer service is useless.

Cameron at Bambrella was professional and efficient every step of the way and we never once step foot in his store. Everything was done via phone and we are very happy with our product. We got exactly what was described and what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service ,quality product.

It is sturdy, and has a pretty color. It is hard to lower and doesnt cover as much as I thought it would.

Oh and the umbrellas are awesome too.

Not a good product if you are in a coastal
area. All connections made of stainless steel
Corroded and we had to throw away the
umbrella after 2 years. Do not spend your
hard earned money on this product unless
this umbrella will not be subject to rain and
Coastal Conditions. I am an architect and this product was a joke. I got taken. Live and
Learn. I would recommend for desert dry areas only not Coastal Areas.

The service I received was better than excellent. I truly appreciate all of your help.
