Been nothing but a disaster since the day I received it the company that sold it to me did not support me if it has falling apart shoddy parts and struts umbrella company has sent me some parts but I've totally disassembled and reassembled the umbrella several times and still having major problems this fall. it has been a nightmare it is the bigger mistake I ever made buying this product I live in a high wind area and our everyday wind speed is 20 to 25 miles an hour if the wind gets to 30 we need two collapse the umbrella ASAP or parts Breaking do not buy this umbrella

The umbrellas look great, but the hardware is either poorly designed or of inferior quality. The connectors that hold the spokes to the main post keep coming loose and popping out.
Bambrella has provided replacement hardware but the problem keeps happening.

These umbrellas are the bomb! Easy to put up and put down very durable and if anything breaks they have replaceable parts which is huge in a commercial setting. The company was easy to work with for ordering and shipping was very quick. I will be ordering another batch for next year to replace the last of our old umbrellas.

Better than expected. Have had for a year and they still look like new. If I need more I’m going to Bambrellia

The sun could nova and your Bambrella will continue to provide relief from global warming. Quit messing around - quality is not cheap and cheap is not quality. You want cheap - go to Amazon. You want quality, go Bambrella USA, a great American company.

We purchased 5 large umbrellas. They are beautiful. However, 3 of them broke due to high winds. We were sold that the wind would not affect them. The wind was able to lift up the umbrella even with the 2 very heavy bases. This broke the pins.

If we purchase new umbrellas we will strongly consider bambrella again. They really are beautiful and functional. We were just disapointed they broke so easily.
