Original order was flawless and great product!!! Almost a year later I had a little issue with the band and I reached out and instantly they sent another band and asked if there was anything else they could do! Beyond thankful for their product and customer service!

The quality of the materials is excellent. I ordered both a metal and a leather band. Although the description said it should fit me perfectly, the leather watch band was way too long. After I raised the issue with customer support, they quickly offered a refund or replacement. However, I waited almost a month for the replacement. When it arrived, the watch band fit, but now it's almost too short. I don't know how such variation in length can make it through quality assurance.

The customer service was top notch! Quick to respond and when they realized they were unable to fix the issue they offered a resolution at no cost. I am very appreciative of their service. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for all of your help

Absolutely great experience with the customer service. Stated my small issue with one of my cases (the aluminum bumper was slightly bent due to being in my pocket), and they asked for basic information and immediately made things right and sent over a replacement free of charge. Can’t recommend these products and customer service as a whole. Great people and great products. Great communication as well. All in all, A+ for this company and its support staff! Will continue to do business with them.

The quality of the watch band is not worth the price paid

By far the best Apple Watch bands on the market. Customer service is truly exceptional.

Previously wrote of a problem. Company responded in a very positive manner and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. I have been a repeat customer of Bandwerk and certainly will continue buying their products.

BandWerk is a great company that makes high-quality products, but their customer service is also first class. In a recent order, a promotional item was omitted from my order (I was not aware I had to add it to my basket too). I emailed customer service and they responded the next business day to let me know they would ship the promotional item to me separately at no extra charge. This was quite a relief, and I am very grateful.

For the price of the product, I believe it falls a bit short. While it's presented nicely, the leather on my product was scratched upon opening. This is not patina, this is product mishandling and/or poor QA. It adds considerable bulk to an already bulky phone, but the build quality appears to be solid and the materials feel nice. I'm confident it will protect my device in a drop. The price could be lower if Bandwerk skipped over the wooden box, drawstring satchels and presented a more sustainable and recyclable packaging.

These are the best Apple Watch bands made. This is the second band that I bought from Bandwerk. I would definitely recommend them. The feel and look are great and very distinctive.

The phone case I bought is of top quality. Website and purchase process were each smooth and the product was described in detail. Shipping is a bit longer than an Amazon prime of course, but was not something with which I had an issue.

Worst first experience ever. Despite the Bandwerk website promising 3-4 days delivery with having paid an additional $30, I still have not received the product two weeks afree ordering. Making quality products alone is not sufficient, but the experience, customer support and more should be of good quality as well, which is completely missing here. A very disappointing experience.
