Terrible experience with Banggood: failed to fulfill obligations and delayed refund

I placed an order on Banggood on July 5, 2024, for a DaranEner NEO2000 power supply priced at €670. The promised delivery time was 2-7 business days. However, after I made the payment, the price changed, and instead of fulfilling the order, they started offering me alternative devices that I never chose. These alternatives had zero ratings and required an additional payment of $195!

Banggood delayed the resolution for 2.5 months, holding onto my money and ignoring their delivery obligations. I still haven't received either the product or a refund, and I am now forced to consider legal action to get my money back.

I do not recommend this store. Be cautious!

I bought smatphone from Banggood.
It stopped working after 4 months.
After difficult explanations, BG's warranty was a rebate of just under half the price.
I can't recomend that shop anybody.

Got a birthday gift ordered in March and 6 weeks later no product delivered and 100% fake shipping updates from both customer service and vip customer service. This company is the worst I have ever experienced as far as taking your money, not allowing cancellations, lying about shipping and not deliver anything.
It’s web fraud at its best, should not be allowed to sell anything.

I have been speaking to this company on and off since March 2021 in order to get my phone first delivered which took over 2 months and then for the last 4 months trying to get a refund for a faulty phone. Most of my discussions was with the marketing team, after they understood the issue and transferred the complaint to the support team.
This support team instead of dealing with the issue according to it merit, they replied by saying that I sent it to the wrong address, so I sent them my invoice and the Postage tracking receipt so that there would be no issue with my address.
After giving these details they started asking me about the fault on the phone which has become irrelevant at this time due to the refund request and the company knowing that the phone had an inherent fault, I therefore explained to the company that they need to send my phone back to me so that I can resend it to the correct address which will result in the same refund as I only had the use of my phone for 6 weeks, so under the warranty and my consumer rights they have had the phone longer than I have. It is a disgrace that an international company believe that they can treat customers in this way and I advise anyone that if they want to buy a product from this company make sure that it is available in Britain otherwise they will regret dealing with this company direct.
Just as an update being this issue has been going on since March 2021 from the first instance of bad service, all who read this on Trustpilot do you think that this company should refund my money with compensation not only for the patience that I have shown but also for all the stress this company has caused me.

I bought a Teclast F15S computer from Banggood on Jul. 23, 2021. It was delivered on Aug. 9. The motherboard was bad. The computer never booted.
Banggood shipped a product that never worked. It seems it was never tested.

I opened a ticket at Banggood.com on Aug. 10. After many frustrating messages to/from Bangood, I finally returned the computer to China.

It is still "Held in Customs" in China for more than a month, After more than 100 messages and texts, Banggood finally agreed to refund
most of what I paid. BUT it took almost 3 1/2 months. Customer service seems not to care.

This company has a reputation that is horrible, especially Customer Service. 1.8/5.0. I can confirm that, except that 1.8 is WAY too high.

My advice: NEVER buy from Banggood, unless you have God's patience and don't need the money you paid. It may never be refunded.

Banggood refused to credit the shipping cost that I paid, except for about $3. Return postage was actually $79.70 from USA to China.

Banggood also refused to pay the $55 I paid to have the motherboard problem diagnosed by an independent Computer Repair company.

Banggood is the company from HELL. Buy from eBay or similar and you will be much happier. eBay has much more clout any any of us and will
force a quick refund if warranted.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I needed a size 12US. The pair I got I liked were long enough but the width was too much. They sloped on my feet. I tried to go thru the return process but it is a nightmare. Why do I have to send a pix of shoes that are just too wide? There is no easy return function I do not care what their WEB site says. Stick with Amazon!!!

Bought multiple items and order was split as some not in stock. This is dishonest selling. Contacted company and was told to send back first part of the order so they can cancel the missing part before refunding me.
Items unfortunately have to be used together.

Pair of shoes bought started to delaminate within 3 days after three months the soles have come off and they are unwearable. 2 stars because they were at least very comfortable as they disintegrated, could only wear them round the house due to their state

Received an electrical controller that doesn’t work. tried to return it but their website doesn’t allow you to type in the order number in the space they provided. Stops the whole process. Very unprofessional

FEDEX SMARTPOST is NOT EXPRESS. Do your research. it took way more that 3 to 4 working days for 102691916 to get to me, think about it ??

I have been buying goods from this website for over 2 years without any real bad experiences. I have purchased varied items including men's underwear.I initially purchased 6pcs size L and as it was just a bit too big i followed it up with a new purchase of size M which i received as ordered. in July 2021 i ordered 12 pairs of size M underwear. i received 12 pairs of XL which is just too huge. This wretched in my view disgusting company refuses to exchange it claiming that size M in China is XL. Besides the flawed logic and dishonesty their arrogance in defending their miserable actions is terrible. i hope that this company which calls itself Banggood should rebrand themselves as BangBad. This dishonest mob gives the entire online trading and their country a very bad name. It also reinforces the meaning of the age old advice of "Don't buy a pig in a poke."

I bought around 4-5 Items from this website and actually got my stuff. I am sorry for others who never got their stuff, But for me, It was legit, No cap.

Rubbish company with absolutely no customer service...best using AliExpress at least they care about customers

My first was about a year ago and took forever, then realized product is being shipped out of Hong Kong so I was patient and the order arrived with not problem. Second order was in the past couple of weeks for those nice looking hats they advertised on facebook. I ordered about 5 of them. When I placed the order, I realized I may not have changed my address since my last move. So I rushed into the website, updated my address. The order was still pending and had not been filled yet. I contacted customer service through the "Chat Program" and they said that PayPal will not let them change an address once it had been placed. I called BS on that. PayPal has my correct address but that didn't make any difference. So I went into the post office and did another "Change of Address" to assure I would get my order coming USPS. We shall see. If I don't get the order, I will contact PayPal to complain. Contacting Banggood will probably do nothing so why waste my time. I was happy with my first order but not sure about this one yet. Look for part two after November 23rd which is when I should be receiving my order.

How can we put this company out of business? ? ? I ordered 1 pair of shoes, never received them. They billed my Paypal account for 4 pair of shoes total $127.67. I'm trying to after them through paypal. I'm still hoping to get my shoes.

Very bad seller , lost drone because of software glitch , they would not replace a drone with new one , stay away afar, far away from this seller ,could not recuperate my money , not even through a PayPal resolution centre, would not even rate this seller , the worst one of all Chinese sellers !!!!!

Bad company, after sales service is non existent, they will send you what ever they got in stock, not the actual item you ordered, even faulty items. impossible to get a refund

I asked banggood for refund and return the faulty watch. They wanted to receive it 14 day .from the delivery day .how .? And to pay for every thing else. They been effectual.
