Absolute discrace of a company, after sales service is non existent, they will send you what ever they got in stock, not the actual item you ordered, impossible to get a refund STAY AWAY!! from this website

This company is horrible. I spent 56.00 on two garments. I expected a long wait for delivery. When I opened the packages they looked NOTHING like the styles I ordered. Used their website logged in to send email requesting info on how to return for refund. My email was returned mailer daemon. Then I tried to use customer service numbers on the website AND the garment tags numbers DID NOT WORK. Please do not throw your money away trusting this company!

Banggood not filling ASENDIA form which labels packages all around the world. I have just contacted the brazilian mail service and they told me that TWO yes.... two packages sent by Banggood are being RETURNED to sender now because the online shop did not fill the Asendia Label as is everywhere needed - Now what will happen ? tracking info is as follows: LS814461622CH ref order nr. 57609963 and LS814374693CH ref order nr. 57478266 were posted with blank ASENDIA.. what now ?

I recently ordered a quadcopter drone that was advertised as being headless mode capable. When it arrived I found out it actually wasn’t which means that it is harder to control in the air. Sure enough I got disoriented after just a few flights and crashed it into my neighbor’s swimming pool which destroyed the brand new drone. Banggood admitted their error, agreed to a fair resolution, and corrected the incorrect ad for this drone on their website. Like everyone, they makes mistakes, but are an honest company who will work with you to make it right when they have caused things go wrong.

Banggood is a very good site, Very good customer service ! Product are of good quality and good price. Any problem with postage or quality, the customer service is helpfull and efficient. I highly recommanded it.

ID transaction number 16555674 ( umi super) . I prefer to lose only those money and keeping that scrap phone, despite paying another amount , not small , send him back .why you can not tell everybody what you wrote in that response mail ? To chose a no-name carrier, to not mention it is a phone inside and I have to pay the entire cost of transport and custom fees ? And you want to provide you a trucking number ? I had need that phone, and it is useless. after waiting him 4 weeks. How do you think I can stay another 3 or 4 weeks for your answer if WILL COME ? Thats why I will never ever buying from you again ! Hope to be readed by many undecided customers.

Excellent Service. By mistake my shipping address changed to paypals default and 5 packages went to a wrong address. They re-shipped everything and I had them within a week in Europe.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Just now got an email saying 2 items are out of stock so I told them to cancel the one item and I would wait for the other.......well they cancelled the whole order and only refunded for one item. There is a new order number but absolutely NO information about that order. Such a mess and forget trying to communicate to them. They have lost me for sure....not a satisfied customer here!

I received two orders from them,all was as it should be.the products was in good condition and as they described. If they improve the delivery time and the stock info the will be great.And the most important they are honest they refunded my money without delays when they didn't have in stock some products I ordered.

Fantastic professional company. I highly recommend you buy there products as they are great value for money. Yes delivery times are up to 25 days but the price you pay for your orders is well worth the wait. The sales support team are also very quick to answer any problems, should they occur. Once you have placed your order just sit back and wait! You will not be disappointed.

I have had a number of orders from Banggood - and everything has been perfect.
I have had no problems - unlike Hobbyking - who are a disgrace !

I do quite a lot of online shopping from companies in UK, France, USA & China.
Banggood have always given me the best service at good price. They are helpful, polite, and quick to respond. I have had problems with some companies, and Banggood always sorts things out very well. Deliveries do take a bit longer but they are always reliable and quality is always good. Well done and thank you.

First time that I have ordered for Banggood was this year in April. I have to say, that I am by now very satisfied with Banggood. Overall you can find there good prices and when it comes to "flash deals", "promos" even extra good prices.

When it comes to delivery I have no problem with the advertised 25+ days of delivery from China to Europe. On the other hand when it comes to the UK Warehouse ( delivery time), I would expect Banggood to fulfill the promised 3-7 Days, what is not always true ( one of my order form UK Warehouse took 6 Days to deliver- OK, the other is still, more than 7 Days on it's way - not OK).

Packaging of the shipped goods was by now just perfect especially when it comes to electronics e.g. tablets, phones etc. so they arrive undamaged.

Banggood Customer service is just working as a customer service should. It took them just 2 mails until they came with a solution. Mails are always answered ( approx. 8 hours delay between my mail and a Banggood response ) in a polite, competent and professional way.

All in all until now, I can only highly recommend to try Banggood.

Till now i buy 5 times with out any problem! Very efficient,Chinese good products,good service!

Command on 20 january 2014 for one order (all in stock).
They dispatched the command in 4 because no stock(in stock on the site). 45 days the first arrived i'm waiting to be refunded for the last packet .

The client service is very bad.

The product I ordered was a Dual Core Amlogic MX-L 5 Inch 8GB Android 4.1 Game Tablet (SKU081849)as a gift for my teenage son. He is fairly hightech, and is a bit choosy about new products, and very snooty if he thinks its too basic. But this he considers excellent - graphics, speed, preloaded games all satisfactory. Wifi is seamless too. Earbuds of headphones a bit too big for teenager, but can use universal headphones without issues. Product arrived well-packaged, but postal delays, probably not due to banggood. Follow up to emails re mailing delays excellent, and genuine effort to assist. Will be using site again very soon.

Been dealing with this company for over a year & have only good experiences & good things to say about them.
