Reliable and Professional

Very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of this banking institution. The mortgage application process was smooth with clear communication throughout. Their financial advisors provided valuable guidance for retirement planning. Online bill pay is efficient and statements are easy to access. Wait times at branches can occasionally be long during lunch hours, but overall the service quality makes up for it. Competitive rates on auto loans were a pleasant surprise.

Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. They charged me multiple hidden fees without any prior notice or explanation. When I tried to resolve the issue, customer service was rude and unhelpful. Wait times on the phone exceeded 45 minutes every time I called. The mobile app crashes constantly and online banking is unreliable. I've had unauthorized charges that took weeks to investigate. Save yourself the headache and choose a different bank.

Fraudulent Charges and No Support

This bank has been a nightmare. They allowed fraudulent charges on my account and refused to investigate properly. Took three months to get my money back after countless calls and visits. Staff are rude and unhelpful, acting like I'm bothering them. Account statements are confusing and riddled with unexplained fees. Switching to another bank as soon as possible.

Quality Bank with Room to Grow

Very pleased with most aspects of this banking relationship. Customer service representatives are courteous and resolve issues quickly. The checking account has no monthly fees which is appreciated. Online bill pay works flawlessly. Only drawback is the mobile app could use some interface improvements and additional features for investments.

Switched to this bank last year and have no major regrets. Interest rates on savings are decent and transactions process quickly. Branch locations are conveniently located with adequate parking. Staff goes out of their way to assist customers. Minus one star for occasional system maintenance that disrupts online access.

Great Bank with Minor Issues

I've been banking here for three years and overall very satisfied. Their mobile app is intuitive and makes managing finances easy. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is that ATM fees at non-network locations are higher than competitors. Branch hours could be extended on weekends too. Otherwise, excellent experience with competitive interest rates on savings accounts.

Frustrating Experience Overall

My experience with this bank has been disappointing. The online banking system frequently logs me out without warning, making simple transactions unnecessarily complicated. Customer service wait times are excessive, often exceeding 30 minutes on the phone. Branch staff seem undertrained and couldn't answer basic questions about their own products. Hidden fees appeared on my statement without proper disclosure. Expected much better service for the monthly account maintenance charges they collect.

Worst Banking Experience Ever

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Opened an account and immediately regretted it. Hidden fees everywhere that weren't disclosed upfront. Customer service is non-existent - waited over an hour on hold multiple times only to be disconnected. Online banking system crashes constantly. ATM ate my card twice and no one could help me. Avoid this bank at all costs.
