Recommended for Personal Banking

Been a customer for five years with mostly positive experiences. Account management tools are comprehensive and easy to navigate. Loan officers were helpful during my car financing process with competitive rates. Occasional system maintenance causes brief inconveniences, but nothing major. Overall a dependable bank that meets my needs well.

Reliable Bank with Good Features

Happy with my decision to switch to this bank last year. Their checking account has no monthly fees which is fantastic. Mobile check deposit feature works perfectly every time. Customer support responds promptly to inquiries. Only complaint is the mortgage application process was slightly complicated, but they worked through it with me patiently.

Good Choice for Banking Needs

Switched to this bank last year and haven't regretted it. Their customer service team resolved my issues quickly and professionally. The direct deposit feature works flawlessly and bill pay is convenient. ATM fees are waived at many locations which saves money. Room for improvement in their investment advisory services but overall a strong banking partner.

Reliable Service

Happy with this bank overall. They offer excellent fraud protection and immediately alerted me to suspicious activity. The rewards credit card has helped me earn cash back on everyday purchases. Branch locations are clean and well-maintained. Wait times are usually short. My one criticism is their website could use a more modern design update.

Frustrating Experience Overall

This bank has been a constant source of frustration. Their customer service is slow to respond and often unhelpful when issues arise. I've experienced multiple errors with my account statements that took weeks to resolve. The mobile app frequently crashes during important transactions. Branch staff seem undertrained and give conflicting information. While they haven't lost my money, the constant hassles make me regret choosing them as my primary bank.

Frustrating Experience Overall

Expected better from a major bank. Online banking system frequently crashes during important transactions. Customer service wait times are excessive, often over 30 minutes just to speak with someone. Branch staff seem undertrained and couldn't answer basic questions about their own products. Fees are higher than competitors and they're not transparent about charges until they appear on your statement. Considering switching banks soon.
