Bankruptcy Scotland 

Had no idea this was available. Their help was unbelievable and has taken an enormous weight off my shoulders. They couldnt have been nicer, more understanding or more helpful.

Brilliant service from Alex and Katie the whole way through the process. I was really nervous about making the first step to get on top of my debts which had spiralled out of control, but they instantly put me at ease. I wish I had spoken to them sooner.
They were so knowledgable and helped me get a full understanding of my options, so it was clear which route I should go down.
It is a massive relief to now have a solution in place, and for the first time in ages it feels like a load of stress has been lifted.

I was desperate to sort out my debt and move on to a debt free life so I went through a few companies to try and get some information. The first one to call me was this company, they were all lovely to begin with. I was then dealing with a man called Scott, he was lovely while getting me to sign up for a trust deed. I got to the point where the papers were being sent out and I got a phone call from a different company. This other company is trying to get my monthly payments down from £115 (bankruptcy scotland) to £90 with this new company. I received the paperwork and a message from the courier to which I replied saying I dont want to sign the papers yet, I need some time to make a decision. The courier got in touch with Scott. Scott phoned me very shortly after wards. I told him I was having second thoughts and why, because I was considering a different company. He asked which company so I told him. He then made me absolutely crap myself because he was completely scaremongering me. Told me if I went with this other company, I will be guaranteed to be going back to bankruptcy Scotland in 6 months and only be able to get on the bankruptcy, I would have no other option. Told me loads of lies to do with this other company. The way he spoke to me made me feel like I didnt want to sort my debt out at all because I dont know who to trust. He was slagging the other company off so much which does not look good on bankruptcy Scotland. Like I said he scared me completely all to try and get me to sign up, even though he said he knew I was a young woman with no idea how this all works, he just wants the best for me. Sorry but this other company have shown me legal documents to prove everything he said about the other company is lies. Overall I think it was very unprofessional, intimidating and scaremongering and I think it should be addressed so he cannot do any of that to anyone else and especially no vulnerable people. When people phone these places, they are absolutely desperate. We do not need people like that on the other end of the phone. I wont be going with them for my trust deed that's for sure. I dont want to be associated with a company like that. I would have gave them 0 stars but I had to give them at least 1. I do appreciate any help given before that point and I was considering either of the companies so I could have chose bankruptcy Scotland but unfortunately the unprofessionalism cost him a client.

Fantastic people who genuinely care and are always their to help with any queries or issues. Difficult to find words to express my gratitude for their quick and efficient service. Thank you for my life back.

Excellent service the staff really do care & made the whole process easier for me.

I cannot believe how fantastic this service is! The staff completely put me at ease and dealt with my problem speedily and efficiently. I was made to feel valued and my decisions valued by a highly professional staff team. The load they took off of my shoulders was immense and I truly feel I can enjoy my life again.

I can't thank jenna and Katie enough for everything the two of them have done for me. I am having a bad time just now with my illness and they have lifted me up in a way by helping me with my finances, I would recommend them they are on point with everything and they are very determined to help people like me who are in need of a solution to my debts, I would actually rate them 10 stars if I had the option cause that's how amazing they have both been with me, so a massive thanks again to jenna and Katie you ladies are amazing at what you do, keep up the brilliant work cause there is more people like me who could do with your help, if there is anything I can help you ladies with don't hesitate to ask.

Can't thank Leonce Kate Rachel enough they listen to everything I had to say very understanding people they are my angels they gave me light at the end of a massive hole they went through everything with me explained all my options I felt so guilty for getting myself in the position I was in they even phone your creditors and to get the ball rolling now I feel more in control of my life better with in myself and I'm eating and sleeping now I would highly recommend trust deed to anyone these people are angels and knights in shining armour thanks girls

I was so nervous about sorting out my debt problem. Like most people I was hiding from it. I needn’t have worried. From the first point of contact through to the final signing of papers I was professionally advised and reassured. Leone and Kate were fantastic. 1 star for many reasons. Firstly, the patronising and rude conduct of the person called Jack for the way he spoke to me on our "quick" call that was 27 minutes. Asking personal questions such as what am I doing in the evening that prevents me from being available for the final hour long call. My first call with Nick was probably the best, friendly and helpful. I was then passed to Jenna who was nice and helpful to start but I wasn't made aware her call would take an hour until she phoned me. She didn't explain that the second call with Jack would be a complete repeat of everything she had spoke about. And became very patronising at the end of the call telling me to repeat back to her what times she had said like I was a child and she a teacher. Then the third call the next day took an hour with a woman from a different company I wasn't made aware she didn't work for the same company as the first 3 people I had spoken to. I was told it would take 30 minutes. Again it was a complete repeat of the first 2 calls and took an hour. If I had been made aware when I applied that it would take so much time on the phone, which is difficult with a small child at home I had to ignore for most of the day, I would have went elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend these people.

Had gotten in touch with bankruptcy Scotland because I had got into a situation financially due to income changes, where it was just too difficult to manage and navigate. Submitted a query into getting help and within the first day of contacting them someone got in touch over the phone to discuss my case. The customer services is impeccable, truly empathic to my situation, instantly put me at ease and went through several options explaining in full detail how it works advantages and disadvantages to each options, the information provided allowed me to make an informed decision on how I was going to tackle my financial issues. I can't even begin to explain the relief and the feeling of having a burden lifted off of me. I really felt trapped before and now with a plan in place of trust deed I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Special shout out too Alex and Jack for dealing with my case so fast and effectively, guiding me and being informative thoughout the whole process whilst treating me with dignity and confidentiality. Truly amazing, service.

I was in so much financial trouble and could see no way out of it until I contacted bankruptcy Scotland. They went out of there way to help me. My adviser Kate was brilliant she put my mind at rest I would give this company 100%.They contacted all the company's I owe money too. And now it has helped me to get on with my life if you have any debt problems contact Kate and her team they will help you out
