Absolutely spot on. BRS helped me when I really couldn't see a way out. Everything was explained and no question I asked was met with a vivid response. The WhatsApp service really is ideal and is a good way of both keeping in contact and also answering any burning questions that you may have without having to wait on hold on a phone call.

Where do I begin... Jenna and her team were absolutely 100% sincere, understanding, caring , non judgmental, efficient, professional and unbelievably fast on processing my application after a few phone calls which for my pride and stubbornness was the hardest part.
Jenna was very thorough and open in letting me fully understand the process I had to undertake guiding me easily step by step.
If it wasn’t for Jenna I don’t know where I would of ended up. I recommend everyone who is not sleeping, stressed , arguing with their partners or upset every day wondering how bills are going to be paid then phone PTD today and take back control of your life.

Although just setting up a deed, Jenna has been absolutely fantastic! Listens does not judge, goes through everything VERY carefully & professionally. Have a good feeling about this company so far & would Definitely recommend.
