The girls I dealt with at Bankruptcy Scotland have been great from the very beginning, they are very helpful and go through absolutely everything with you in detail and make sure you are happy at every stage with what they are discussing etc. They dont judge and only want to help which is great, previous companies I had spoken to seemed a bit judgemental however this company weren't like this at all, you don't have to go into detail about how you got into financial difficulty etc they are very understanding and trust that you need help. I am at the final stage of my application for a trust deed and the girls still check in and make sure I'm happy and have been getting all the answers I need etc. Thanks very much for your help, its appreciated.

Cannot put in to words how helpful, understanding and non judgemental these guys are. Everyone I spoke with were great and would go above and beyond to help and explain the different options there were to help my situation. 5 stars isn't enough! They have been amazing from start to finish. I had been struggling with debt for a while and other personal issues. When I looked into resolving this I came across bankruptcy Scotland. Farhan called me back within 30 mins and my case was took to the appropriate people all within 2 days. Farhan passed me on to Jenna and then Katie. All 3 of them were so helpful and understanding. I did not feel judged once from beginning till end, they all came across genuinely wanting to help. There is a lot of calls involved and quite a bit of information to process however they take the time to ensure you understand everything and called at times that suited me. They are an absolute credit to the company. I cannot thank them enough.
