Trousers do no fit - unresponsive support

I got these pants and was delighted with the quality however the size was too small. I really the returns/exchange policy and emailed support directly to let them know I wish for an exchange in a larger size for both items.

As per the returns/exchange policy I need to send them back within 14 days once support has been notified. I have done this and not gotten a response in days and as I need to send these back to China from the Republic of Ireland I do not have long left.

I need to absorb the returns shipping which is fine but my only option to get pants this size will be to buy 2 new pairs full price (bought 2 for 1) from Baredoo or shop elsewhere.

I’d love to get these sent back and have them replaced but the lack of coms is disappointing.
