Ordered a pair of runners a month ago, despite being told 10 days at the time of ordering, they still haven’t come yet and probably won’t arrive.

After chasing over a month, I was promised an update and tracking 10 days ago to no avail. Their owners or “instagram” team don’t check their customer service or emails. No one seems to take responsibility for anything other than to take your money.

They talk about new ownership but they’re just ignoring their customers just like the previous reviews on here.

Avoid this company at all costs, il be trying to get a chargeback from my bank as I do not believe they’d refund me if I asked.

I’ve also noticed them advertising a “1:1” Nike jacket in their own words. I called them up on it as 1:1 is not authentic, the story was quickly deleted, so also be aware of fake clothing.

I ordered 2 items on the 23rd May a T. Shirt and a Vest. £47.97 taken from my bank account. Chased on the 31st May on Instagram, no response. Emailed twice on the 29th May, and the 14th June. No response to anything and didn't accept the invitation to message on their Instagram on the 31st so could not get any dialogue going. It is now the 2nd July 2024. Director is a young lad of 22 years old and is also director of another company. Companies house is about to strike off one of the companies so clearly he has created another so he can get out of his debts. (Active Proposal to Strike Off) as the new one was only formed in April. So it looks like a trip to Teesside to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF AND YOU ARE GOING TO DO YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. ANOTHER PLAYER WHO THINKS HE ABOVE THE LAW

Don’t order from these I order bits off them and they never came I tried to contact them he told me it was in customs and then I waited longer and I asked for a refund 2 months later and no response atol and I had to get my money back with the bank terrible experience ordering off these

Do not order! They do not send the item out neither do the reply to your emails or message but still post on their instagram!

Don’t buy from them bought a jacket for £176 and they’ve not sent it out and have now stopped responding to my messages on insta and haven’t replied to my emails about took the payment straight away

Wouldn’t bother ordering from here they don’t send items and never reply when u message them. Ordered a pair of trainers and a t shirt which came to £220 in total and they never turned up

I ordered a top on the 27th August they took the payment straight away. I had one text message confirming the order and then nothing !!!
I have text and emailed them with no response.
Disgusting service

Total scam. Placed an order over a month ago and still yet to receive my order. Have emailed numerous times and been ignored!

Asked them to cancel my order but they refused saying they’ve already shipped it but still haven’t received item or had any updates and when I asked where is my order they completely ignored me

I placed an order for Nike challenger shorts in a small. As it was a wrong size I sent it back to the correct address and it was signed for. It is stated in their policy that you can return or exchange within 14 days which I did that and to leave a note with my order number in the package stating whether I need a refund or exchange. I wanted an exchange for a medium or a refund but it’s almost a month now, I have not heard anything from them. I contacted them via Instagram and email several times & heard nothing back. I have ordered with them before and their customer service is not helpful at all since it is very slow. However this time round, I’ve not heard anything back at all so I’ve had to take it up with my bank.

Good variety of items that you don’t see very often.

Never reply to emails.

Royal mail advised me to email company to make claim and company won't do any thing to get sorted or return money or to get a new one sent out..
Will never be ordering again.
Very poor customer service.
Item was expensive.no apologies or nothing..
It's my solicitor they will be hearing from next if not responding to me
