Ordered a couple of tops just before Xmas but didn’t put next day delivery. Got a phone call from Barello asking if I’d like them before Xmas day as they noticed I’d not put next day delivery and wouldn’t get them in time. Something they didn’t have to do but went out of their way and good job because they were presents for family. Great service and great prices . We’ll done lads 👍🏻

There comment about receiving an email is a lie. I didn't ask to return anything. I took them to a Nike store to authenticate.
The items your selling aren't genuine Nike products.
Don't reply calling me a liar. I will just post more reviews. Do yourself a favour and buy genuine products and sell them. Not fake products.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have emailed this company 5 times to get my money back for an item (Nike Shorts - £35) that I returned to them. I have got nowhere. I am so disappointed in their service. Every time I email they say they will look into it and then I hear nothing. Absolutely appalling.

We had explained to yourself the problem via instagram that the courier was on strike, we only ship with that certain courier as they’re the most reliable, we have got back to all of your messages within 2 working hours so I believe the customer service isn’t as bad as your making it out. You automatically receive your tracking information once you purchase a product, you’ll find the tracking information attached to your confirmation email

Not received item, zero customer service
I ordered from BarelloClo on 19/09/2022, it is now 29/09/2022. I have still yet to receive my item despite paying £3.99 for 1st Class Tracked & Signed For (2-4 working days). I have tried to contact BarelloClo through Email on 2 different days and on Instagram 3 times on different days and have not had a single response or update. Shocking.

Shorts arrived on time however customer service is terrible. I ordered nike shorts in medium (which would normally fit me) however they didnt fit me and i emailed barello and asked them if i could send the shorts back and change them for large. No answer, i then instagram dmd them and still got no reply.
