We have made multiple purchaes with success - good value for money. And now also tried a RMA process due to a random hardware failure.
The diagnosis process, end-to-end transport and repair was done fast and no-questions-asked just really great service..

Lots of choices, good prices, great costumer service! Second time I order at Hardware Bargain, and not the last time. Changing my order was no problem after ordering the wrong item.

I had a number of questions regarding what I was after regarding some specific hardware. Chris found the information I was after and, when I enquired about higher-resolution monitors, he informed me of ones that had yet to be included on the website. I was able to place my order and then have it amended with the monitors later on.

Support was fast, Informative and provided great service. Was a pleasure to use and am sure I am just added to another satisfied customer list. Keep up the good work!

This is entirely based on the experience and is in no way related to the products, as I did not have any dealing with the actual product.

This is ongoing and I will update accordingly.

I was recommended BH, and on my side jumped the gun and ordered something that was not fit for purpose and had to cancel. Unfortunately the package left about an hour before they received my email.

Initial correspondence was good, they said that the order could be refused and a refund will be issued after that.

UPS allows for a change of delivery address - so to avoid the product being exported to the EU and then having to send it back again, as it was still in the UK i requested that they change the delivery address back to them. The delivery was already paid for anyway.

I was informed that the logistics team will be asked to change the delivery address. Up until this point, I was like these guys are fantastic.

Then there was just no contact after that, it seems like they didn't even bother to contact them, if they did they didn't bother to update me.

This was 2 days shipping and it arrived at my door, so I refused it as they requested. That was 7 days ago, the only response I get from them was they haven't got it.

Update:
Customer Service has reached out and explained that the problem is arising with UPS, and have in good faith refunded me before UPS has returned the product, so I have updated my review in light of this as they did come around and get everything sorted, would have just liked them to be a bit more proactive. But overall I am happy with the outcome and will be using them in the future.

I've purchased from Bargain Hardware many times—sometimes directly, and other times on behalf of others who asked me where to buy refurbished hardware. Whether everything went smoothly or there was an issue, Bargain Hardware always found a solution and treated me well as a customer. On top of that, they offer quality hardware at exceptional prices. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Bargain Hardware regarding a legacy specification desktop PC with a hard wired serial port and 32 Bit operating system. I received a swift reply from Chris their Lead Customer Care Advisor who was able to advise how I might proceed.

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a refurbished computer to contact them particularly if you want them to build one to your own particular specification.
