My second order and just as delighted !!!
This is my second order as a friend loved my sign and so I had one made for her birthday for her own bar.
She absolutely loved it.
I must admit the graphics are amazing and for both my orders, I had bespoke designs created which took a while but so worth the wait!
The designs are both brilliant and so suit the names given.
The quality and finish is first class and I would not hesitate to order again.
You may need to be patient as communication is lacking between processes and you might think that nothing is happening but each time it has been proved that it was.
Taking that into account, I would 100 pct order again because the designs and quality are amazing.
I highly recommend this company.

Took ages to come because delivery address had name of the sign in it too. Evri returned it then I edited correct address.

Products are nice but…..
Products are good! However do not request an update on your order as they will either ignore you or provide a rude, condescending mail with lots of capital letters, informing you of all the terms and conditions which should have been read before making an order! I was not chasing my order, merely requesting an update! Customer service definitely needs some work, I probably would order more if it wasn’t for the manor of response's received!

Sign, bar matts and coasters bad customer service
Ordered a swinging sign and some bar matts and coasters. Sign was fine, but the coasters and bar matts were not what I ordered. Company refused to rectify. Will now have to open a case. All I wanted was what I ordered.
