Quick, competent and effective

Everything as good as expected.

Material conform to my order shipped very quickly ... BATAVIA Excellent work! But shipped by GLS who have lousy and too hasty delivery men, we were presents at home but without ringing they threw the box over our gate! All our packages that arrive by post do not suffer this lousy fate! GLS is a carrier to forget for France!!!

Ordering was easy and the Black Friday prices were very attractive. I received my order within a couple days and everything looks great. Looking forward to testing out my new saw… :)

Still awaiting delivery. GLS was used who have a habit of dropping packages off at pick-up points rather than delivering.

Got an inaccurate reply from Batavia. I confirm there was never an attempts to deliver - confirmed by the pick-up poimt. You cannot believe the stuff put up by the delivery company.

The delivery was perfect, the brush is easy to guide and the 4 AH battery is also very good, thank you very much

Batavia has a clear website that explains everything well. Ordering is simple. And from the moment of payment, you will be kept informed by email about the status of shipment of the ordered goods.

Shop and design are quite good and informative, unfortunately mayor things are missing:
- Download Area: proper documentation upfront missing to read how to service / use the product in advance
- spare part service - have reached out to the sales team to get support (currently waiting on mail) but nothing official to be found on the website... just the note "mail us when problems"
- "Help Center" is not a help center... it's just a site showing the same products as the shop, offiering to add them to the cart...
- product consistency: 12V mini chain saw (100€) offers a case AND battery AND charger - the more expensive 18V "NexxSaw" (149€) not - why??? Spending more money, getting less product???
- Spare parts listing inconsistent - checking the "website chain saw spare parts" does NOT offer 7" chain for the Nexxsaw Ultra - but the product page does... why???

Conclusion: I'm quite happy with my product and the support (once the package arrives) but the shop does not give me a good feeling on buying there, since mayor things are missing for my understanding

I contacted the company directly and they were very helpful. The product was delivered within 36 hours of ordering. It was excellent value and I particularly liked the fact that the kit included an extension for cutting high branches. I have used this kit before and it is very light and easy to handle. Also the battery life is good, you can cut lots of stuff before having to recharge. The battery and extension are easy to fit together. Great product, great price and good customer service.
