They give useful advice

They give useful advice, don't push you to buy, give you time to think it over. The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't take our purchase directly from the store, since it is all handled through internet.....

You pay for return of damaged goods

The first croclock was damaged and I returned it. I had to pay the ship back. I do not get why I paid for returning damsged goods but did not receive an answer. 3weeks of uncertainty. Communication was weak and slow.

Delivery problems but product is good

I ordered in the online store and gave a DHL pack station as the delivery address. When getting the delivery mail I saw that it was sent with GLS. I instantly wrote to sales that they need to change the address to my home address - no answer. One week later I tried to phone with the store, I had one person who said he isn't the right one but will tell the sales people to phone me next day - nothing happened. Some days later I saw online that the package was delivered to a GLS store, there I have to pick it up.
In the meantime I tested the twin brush, it makes what it is supposed for. Only thing that could be better is how to store it when not in use, it is quite long and big, its not so easy to make it smaller.

Update’s at your tools

I order new spools for the garden trimmer.
But they didn’t fit on the machine because the spool was for a new generation trimmer.

I didn’t know that, and therefore i had to buy a new trimmer.

For a life time generation and beyond.

Although I’m a hobbyist I frequently use my Batavia tools both for indoor- and outdoor to my fullest satisfaction and recently purchased also purchased Batavia tools for my children.
We now all benefit from the ease of one batterij system for multiple tools.

Very efficient customer service!

After waiting for one week I still hadn't received my ordered item, nor hadn't I received a message that the item might still be on its way. Meanwhile I had already received a mail from Batavia asking me wether I was satisfied with the item or not.

Quickly after posting a first, one star review on Trustpilot, I received a phone call from a friendly man from the Batavia customer service who told me that something had gone wrong. He would make sure that I would receive my order just within a few days. And so it happened. Yesterday I got it and it worked perfectly!

Very good service

Very good service. Defect after 1,5 years and wothout any hesitation I received a new part. Quick, effective and very customer friendly.
