Honestly, worth every penny we spent. The first week is tough, but once you start to see the results, it’s incredible.

Excellent experience with them. I could absolutely not have done this without the live ring cam support. You can not read this in a book. You have to have the live cam support for proper sleep coaching steps with exactly how to communicate. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

The 24/7 support was incredible. It made the whole experience less intimidating. The daily lessons were detailed and foolproof. Our son went from a poor sleeper to a great one in two weeks!

If you are struggling with your child’s sleep patterns, habits, etc., run don’t walk to Batelle! Their sleep program has drastically changed my daughter’s sleep habits. My husband and I were at our wits end with figuring out how to help our toddler form better sleep routines, but nothing worked. The structure and support provided in this program sets you up for success. We tried various sleep training methods and always wound up giving up or changing course. This system provides a structured, scaffolded approach and real time support. Having someone to ask for help or consult with in the moment is completely unique and over and beyond what any other sleep training program provided.

I was desperate for our little guy to sleep when I signed up for Batelle Sleep School. I honestly didn’t have much faith as I felt I had tried everything already. It certainly wasn’t over night that things changed and no matter how many times they told me the changes wouldn’t come in a linear fashion I still struggled with faith it would work…but I stuck with it and the team stuck with me…they were so patient and kind, and having the live video for feedback was priceless…and I am so happy to say, with tears in my eyes, we have a baby sleeping through the night until 6-7am (not 4:30am like he was) and bed is a much calmer quicker process. It all happened the 14th night of school and we’re still going - I couldn’t believe it. I’m so thankful for Batelle and that we signed up and committed to the program!!

We were on the fence about sleep school, but I am SO glad we pulled the trigger. To say that is has been life changing is NOT an exaggeration.

Our daughter (now 3.5 years) has had sleeping challenges since she was about 18 months old. The worst part was the split nights, where she would be wide awake for 1-2 hours in the middle of the night (her favorite wake time hours were 2-4am), and this would happen 3-4x per week. My husband and I were getting destroyed trying to get her back to sleep, or lay with her in her room until she fell back to sleep. We had tried everything - taking cara babies, a professional sleep consultant - so we were understandably skeptical that Batelle would solve our problems.

Our issues with our daughters sleep intensified after a number of changes - we had a second kid, moved across the country, and started her in a new school. Suddenly it’s wasn’t just the midnight wakings, but she also required us to lay with her for 30-60 minutes to get her to fall asleep at the beginning of the night. Something had to give so we called in Batelle, and boy I’m glad we did.

We loved not using a “cry it out” method, especially given our daughter was older. We were heartened by Batelle’s money back guarantee, and the reassurance of ongoing support as needed till she’s 6. It took a little longer than the 2 weeks to fully get our daughter to adjust, but Batelle was gracious and stood by our side for a couple more days while she got adjusted. It’s been four months since we completed the program, and the changes have stuck. Our daughter sleeps like a dream, and we do too. It’s certainly pricey, but in retrospect we value the change to our daily life so much more. We are so thankful for Batelle 🙏

Worth every penny! I cannot rate this company highly enough - their approach and method got us to the sleep goals we were looking for in a supportive and encouraging manner. Our daughter went from crying out every hour after midnight to being comfortable in her sleep space for the whole night. You have to put the work in, but the team almost make those middle of the night wake ups fun with their cheerleading commentary. I’m just so glad this company exists and will support us in the maintenance step till our daughter is 6 years old!

Batelle gave me and my toddler the tools to start getting sleep. I absolutely recommend Batelle to anyone who wants more consistent sleep but does not want to leave their child to cry. I especially found the 24/7 chat support and the ring camera helpful in navigating hard moments. They take the guess work out if it for you.

A mere two weeks ago, my husband and I were on the brink. Our 7-month-old would only sleep while being held which meant that starting at 8:00 PM, we would take shifts sitting with him on the couch while he slept. We were averaging around 4 hours of sleep a night and the whole family was exhausted. Everyone kept telling us to sleep train but the idea of shutting the door and letting our baby scream was an absolute non-starter for us. Allowing our baby to cry to the point of exhaustion went against every parenting instinct we had and we refused to do it, no matter how tired we were. I had seen Batelle pop up in a few internet searches but I was convinced it was too good to be true. But after a particularly terrible few nights, I decided to pull the trigger and do a consultation and I am forever grateful I did. The program works, plain and simple. The app is incredibly well laid out, the Zoom chats are informative, supportive, and helpful and the 24/7 chat support is just... the best. Everyone is incredibly patient and knowledgeable and you feel like you truly have help when you need it. And while our baby did cry (change is hard), the program allows you to respond every time in a meaningful way. You have to put in the work, and it's probably more involved than some other programs, but it is so incredibly worth it. Our baby was sleeping through the night by the 8th step and we were even able to ween him off of his pacifier. My husband and I feel like we have our lives and sanity back and most importantly, our baby is getting the sleep he needs. I love this program!!

Just wrapped up Sleep School and I still can't believe it worked. When I told my old school mom I was going to use an app to help train my 8 month old baby to sleep through the night and stop co-sleeping, she thought we were crazy. But now that we finished, i found the zoom chats, live help and the mantra that we had recorded were literally a miracle. I recommend this app to anyone willing to put in the time and commit to the program, because it worked!

Our 16 month old son went from feed-to-sleep, waking up 1-2 hours later crying, spending the rest of the night in bed with us and given 3-6 night feeds, to sleeping through the night in his own room consistently.

Batelle gave us our sleep, our bed and our evenings back. It was 2 hard first nights of the program and then it was night and day changes each day. Two and half weeks later he sleeps through the night in his own room, happily! It's a system and it works and I can't recommend it enough to anyone struggling with sleep wanting to avoid cry-it-out methods.

We have had a really great experience with Batelle Sleep School. We used it with out third child, shortly after his 3rd birthday and about 6 months after a major move from America to the UK, that had sent him into a spiral of terrible sleep. I was VERY anxious about doing any sort of sleep training, because past experiences with other programs for my older children were very traumatic. Honestly, even the term "sleep training" puts me into a depressive mood! But Batelle was incredible. They were SO supportive and even though I was an anxious mess and frequently came to them with desperation and frustration, they were SO KIND and never made me feel judged or incompetent as other programs had. They held my hand the whole way. I loved the chat feature and the group calls. Batelle healed a lot of shame I had about myself in regards to my kids' sleeping struggles. That being said, they also helped our 3yo sleep! Within the first 5 days, he was sleeping through the night (previously he was up multiple times at night coming into our room). At first, bedtimes became harder as we transitioned away from our "bad habits," but by Night 14, he was falling asleep on his own and has done so ever since. I fully recommend Batelle!

Batelle completely transformed my child’s sleeping habits. He is 13 months and has never slept through the night. He woke up every 3 hours since he came home from the hospital & at 9 months he started waking every hour and a half. After going through Batelle sleep school he now sleeps through the night with only one occasional wake but goes right back to sleep. I finally have my sleep back and my baby is such a happier baby. He is so well rested and it has made such a difference. If you are unsure about doing this program, do it. You will not regret it!

My partner and I consider ourselves pretty type A, and had done an exhaustive amount of research on sleep training with our first son. About 5 months in we realized we needed support, as we didn't really have time to ourselves. Bedtimes were long and unpredictable. He was waking every 2 hours throughout the night to feed, and we weren't getting any sleep and feeling pretty lost.

Within the first 2 weeks we saw noticable improvements and by 3-4 weeks our life has changed for the better. We have a consistent schedule, he's been sleeping through the night with some scheduled feedings, and we've been able to reclaim our sanity.

Couldn't be happier that we decided to try Batelle Sleep School for our son (2.5 years old). We'd been struggling with long, dreadful bedtime routines for quite some time, especially since transitioning him into a big boy bed. Batelle was able to effectively help us go from 50 books, 30 songs and several "back in your bed" attempts to a literal 10 minute bedtime. HUGE success, major improvements. Protests went from 15 minutes to 5 seconds to none in days. I'm nearly speechless. Being a skeptical mom that feels like she's tried everything, I was slightly apprehensive. I had a wonderful experience with Batelle Sleep School. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Prior to sleep school, bedtime with my 8 month old was long and difficult. It took my daughter an hour to fall asleep and she wouldnt let me leave the room. Now, post sleep school, bedtime is calm and quick. It only takes a few minutes for her to fall asleep on her own without me being in the room. She also sleeps through the night much better.
