SCAM SCAM SCAM. Would be incredibly grateful if others could post on here how they arranged their refunds through their banks as I am having a lot of difficulty.

This supplier is awful, ordered a Grohe Euro Rimless Ceramic Compact Wall Hung Toilet on 18/04/26. Got email on 27/04/26 that toilet on inspection was damaged and therefore unsuitable for delivery. Further that their supplier had been contacted and a new one would be with them by 04/05/2026. Despite repeated emails from me to Bath Buzz I have had zero responses. Their telephone numbers do not seem to lead anywhere as just rings then an automated message loud beep then silence. I have even tried leaving messages. I feel like I have been scammed. I am now starting legal action

I ordered a toilet on 1st April (not a joke). The order was confirmed, but payment was taken separately via a link in a phone call then a follow-up email. Delivery was due 9th April.

On 11th April I was told the item was damaged and a replacement would arrive at their warehouse on 18th April. I waited until 26th April — nothing arrived.
(“damaged before delivery / delayed / no refund” pattern seems very common!)
Since then I’ve called dozens of times. Only once did someone answer and promise a callback within 10 minutes — which never happened. Since then, no answer at all. I’ve also emailed both admin and customer care addresses multiple times with no response.

Looking into the company raised concerns. The company number listed (14895784) links to Continental Appliances Ltd, which appears to have been dissolved (Nov 2024).
I also noticed the same contact name (“Amin Svensson”) appears in reviews for Appliances Experts with very similar experiences. (this comany is also recorded as disolved (2017). There also seem links to a “sister company” of House of Living.

I’ve now informed them I’ll be raising a dispute with my bank, but still no reply. I have raised this website with cybercrime as fraudulent.

if your thinking of taking a chance with this company I would advise you to think twice and not waste your time they don’t have items they advertise and don’t want to refund your money some imbecile answers the phone just to waste your time with excuses. STAY AWAY FROM SCUMBAGS LIKE THIS.

Never received item. No reply from my emails and phone number straight to voicemail with no option to leave a message. No refund.

This company is a scam, I strongly advise you not to engage with them.

I bought a toilet and radiator from them because it was £100 cheaper than Victorian Plumbing (have done the same thing with other companies, went fine).

First email was with a delivery date which I asked to change, which they apparently did.
Then the item was broken apparently, so it would come later.
Then it was delayed, so delivery date changed
Then it was out of stock (how?) so I'd get a refund

However no follow up and no refund. I am now having to issue a chargeback to the company because fortunately I paid on a credit card.

It's literally a scam and you will not save money because your order is never coming.

Ordered a sink from them - never arrived, same excuses as below, damaged initially then delayed, then told was refunded, then no refund issued. 100% a scam company - DO NOT USE!

Same happened to me, ordered a toilet...it never arrived !. Told in an email that order is cancelled and I would get a refund 5-7 working days. No refund after 11 days, not replying to phone calls and emails. Now claiming money back from credit card company. Checked the registration number, company dissolved in Nov 2024.

I would never use this company again ! Took my money over 1 month ago , was given multiple different excuses why I didn’t receive my order. No one ever bothered calling me back and then was told item no longer available after promises and assurances I would receive on specific dates. I was promised an immediate refund and am still waiting.

Ordered a vanity unit 4 weeks ago. Was to to delivered at 11am on Monday 1st Sept but received email at 11.30am to say it was damaged and would be reordered and delivered again on 15th Sept, same thing happened and was assured it would be delivered on 22nd . I have contacted them numerous times and was assured this was the case, rang this morning and was told it was our for delivery to the get an email at 3pm to say order was cancelled. The company have lied for 4 weeks and were extremely rude .AVOID at all costs

Like woltonandrewhotmail.com, I used BathBuzz ( A sister company of 'House Of Living) to buy a toilet which was delayed - putatively due to some (probably bogus) imperfection then not delivered at all. It is obviously policy to use such shoddy business practices. When I called Amin to ask why my refund had not manifested he said that he would call back in 2h. He didn't. I called him and he said that his bank HAD refunded my Amex card. They hadn't. You are going to get this when you deal with them. Just don't do it. Let reputable companies come to the 'fore and go elsewhere. Don't let these ragged business practices flourish: go elsewhere and make the world a better place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered a bathroom vanity from Bath Buzz, a sister of House of Living Ltd and the name on the bank transaction.
The company said it was initially damaged, then delayed, then not available from the supplier and a refund would be issued.
No refund received and no replies to emails and telephone number just rings out. When I spoke with House of Living 0161 532 3702, the staff member refused to help and said it was company policy to not give out a telephone number for their sister company.
Clearly a scam business!
I've reported them to my bank.

Purchased a blue freestanding sion bath , they said it was damaged so waiting on a replacement. They kept pushing the delivery date back saying item wasn’t in stock . After 3 months delay I gave 5 choices of an alternative bath we would take instead they said they were not in stock either . My refund has not still not arrived after 1 month so they ARE SCAMMERS don’t use this company get your bank to reclaim your money .

Unfortunately, I didn’t see these reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a vanity unit from BathBuzz they initially said they didn’t have it in stock, then they managed to source the item. Just before delivery was due they emailed and said the item was damaged so they were going to send it back and ask the supplier to send another one. I got fed up with waiting so requested a refund a month ago, I’m still waiting, they have said it has been processed, but I have now disputed the transaction with my bank. If the phone is ever answered it is by one guy, who denies all knowledge of any previous phone calls. He always says he needs to check with either the accounts department or warehouse, but clearly is a one man scammer. He is rude and says he will call back but never does. He put the phone down on me today because I challenged him over this. All of the information about customer service and being as family business on their website is clearly likes and a complete fabrication.

Tried ordering a sink unit. The website lets you add to basket but not pay. I then got an email saying it’s out of stock until tomorrow. The next day I had an email saying it’s in stock with a link to pay and complete the purchase. This lead me to a link where I could only pay a person by Apple Pay which I didn’t want to pay this way. I thought something didn't feel right so I went back to the website and the same thing happened again. I tried calling the helpline but no answer. I then started looking for reviews on this company and came across all these bad reviews and now know it is clearly a scam company. I got lucky this time, don’t be scammed!

If you call on a number which they recognise they say they will call back but do not.
If you call on a different phone they will answer and say they will check the order and call back in 10 minutes, but never do. It's a scam.

Hello. waiting my order from that company around 5 weeks, but still not delivered. All time when try call, not answering. Really bad service. Send email, but automatically send the same mail, about delivered next Thursday, but which month or year don't know. I fink my 350 pound gone.

I ordered a vanity unit at the beginning of November, was consistently fobbed off about delivery times, rude person on the end of the phone (if it was ever answered), I eventually asked for a refund at the end of November, and am still waiting. Have had to contact my bank to try and get my money back as I paid by credit card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bogus firm - AVOID
Ordered bathroom fittings months ago and each time, when the phone is answered, am given new delivery dates are never materialise. They kept lying about the arrival date, stringing us along. Fail to respond to emails. Horrible people. There is one gentleman goes by the name of Jason Roy who when he answers the phone pretends it is not Jason but uses another two aliases. Phone calls never answered or messages left as they know your number and do not want to talk to you. By using a number they do not know, they then answer because they think they have a new customer. When confronted they say it is someone else and they need to check on the order will call back in 15 minutes. Never call. a disgusting scam. Cost me nearly three months of delay and extra expense when ordered elsewhere. They do not even have a warehouse or shop. They use an office building address. Such people deserve to be attacked.

Bought a double vanity unit months ago and has yet to arrive. They kept lying about the arrival date, stringing us along. Phone up the company and they are rude and put the phone down. Fail to respond to emails. Asked for a return of funds and have yet to do so. Clearly a dodgy, bogus firm - AVOID. Currently going through proceedings to get funds returned.
