I ordered a bath over 3 weeks ago they have not delivered it each time I call them they seem to make lie and make so many excuses and have promised 3 dates which have gone they don’t even bother calling you I have to keep calling them customer service is shocking , rude still no delivery latest excuse bath is coming from Germany

We were scammed by this company. Our order never arrived and we have not had a refund despite requesting one several times. The seller is the incredibly rude and unhelpful. Do not use!!

This is probably a scam website
This is a scam website, do not trust positive reviews or use this site! I recently purchased a sink for around £450. It didn’t turn up and no one contacted us. After we managed to get through to them we were fobbed off with bogus delivery times and excuses for a further 2 weeks. We cancelled and requested a refund which we have not received in 3 1/2 weeks. At best it’s an insolvent company that can’t pay its debt, at worst it’s a scam. Incredibly rude. No apology. Total losers.
