Had dealings with Nicola and husbands Mark at Batheand beyond from stoke on trent .Had some work done in may and ask for copy of receipt for work plus guarantee she said there was a 40 year guarantee with the panels we had kn kitchen after loads of phone calls and messages she's rudely ignoring all these terrible customer service keep well away shocking the company needs closing down

Navdeep and Dave were truly exceptional in the service provided! We had multiple hiccups (no fault of their own) and needed a lot of advice and help in picking new products. They were both extremely patient, happily answering all questions and going above and beyond to ensure all our concerns were addressed.

The service provided was efficient and felt very personal, e.g. making suggestions to ensure we could get the most out of our products and highlighting information we may have missed.

The team at bath and beyond are knowledgeable, helpful, the show room is the best, delivery’s coordinated perfectly for when we needed them. loved everything. Love my new en suite.

We had our bathroom refurbished with Bathe and Beyond. We are so happy with our new bathroom, really excellent service in the showroom with Sheanaz, and from the on-site technicians. The new bathroom looks great and really good quality equipment, couldn’t recommend more!

Sheanaz at Bathe & Beyond provided great levels of customer service. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.

Sheanaz offered me a fantastic deal for my large order which saved me time and effort.

In addition, the company provided comfort knowing all my goods were arriving from one retailer rather than shopping around at several online retailers hoping the right item would turn up.

After an accident in our fairly new bathroom, Steve, with his usual level of excellent service and reassurance, helped us to put it right. A replacement bath was ordered and promptly delivered, together with a shallow trap which he knew we would need. What can I say other than this is solid company with excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We purchased our bathroom a year ago, which was a pleasurable experience at Bathe & Beyond.
After a while, we noticed a split at the top of the seal. With the lock downs we did not address it as promptly as we would have done. During this time it split considerably more. We consulted Steve with evidence. He contacted the manufacturer who sent us a new one free of charge the next day!

Came in to get 2 bathrooms specced in a new build, and thanks to the wonderful help of Sheanaz we made our perfects bathrooms come to life. They were so helpful showing us the best for our budget and made every effort to ensure a smooth process. Would 100% use again. Thank you again Sheanaz.

Found replacing the bathroom and toilet daunting but with the help given excellent choices were made. Support was given all the way through to delivery which was much appreciated in covid times. I highly recommend the service given which makes what can be a difficult project so much easier.

We went to Bathe & Beyond as our previous supplier had gone bust, we turned up with the original list of items and Giovanni was able to source all of them and gave us technical advice so we changed the specification as the original equipment might not have worked with low pressure water, to get an better set of products and even cheaper than the original quote with much higher spec bathroom.
They delivered within 6 days on time, and complete, we had to order some additional tiles which they were able to source within three days. An absolute delight to deal with, payment was easy and all in all I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bathe & Beyond's large and comprehensive showroom was a real find when we were researching bathrooms for our home renovation, and we quickly decided to buy all the fixtures and fittings from them. We worked with Steve Pereda who, throughout the long and often painful process, was knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly. To say that he went the extra mile would be an understatement. We would wholeheartedly recommend Bathe & Beyond. Thank you, Steve and team.

Excellent service, always available and amazing bathrooms. We used Bathe and Beyond to design and provide the bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom for our new build house. Sheanaz designed the three rooms from plan (and adapted them as the plans changed!). The quality of the service was excellent- keeping us up to date, providing 4D drawings and delivery had no issues and was on time. The bathroom quality is excellent and we get lots of compliments.

Bathe and Beyond have provided us with an excellent service. Dave Ellis couldn't have been more helpful and gave us some great advice. He helped us select good quality fittings for our bathrooms and cloakroom within our budget and they look great. He was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service as did the rest of the team. Very professional service. Would highly recommend Bathe and Beyond.

We've used Bathe and Beyond for a complete house refurbishment and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sheanaz Costello in their sales team took the time and effort to plan two fantastic bathrooms for us. The team are knowledgeable, experienced and have a great understanding of their products. They focus on achieving real value for money for their customers which is greatly appreciated when you're on a tight budget!! Their after-sales support has been second to none and they've gone out of their way to help us. Would not hesitate to recommend!
