I ordered a Hydroxtreme pump using the guide size in the Bathmate direct website & upon arrival saw that it is too small to accommodate any girth expansion. I contacted customer service & sent photos of the Hydromax I purchased over 20 years ago along side the new pump to show the difference and haven’t heard anything back from customer service yet.

Shipping was very fast. The hydromax7 is a great product. Been using 2 days now and like how it feels more so than the air one. More precise with the water. Can wait until I start seeing results but know it will take awhile. Just be patient.

Maintenance support
I had a very quick answer from the support team, with detailed explainations both video and description of the resolution action.
Eventually a new piece was shipped to me for replacement at no cost for me.

USA customers beware
The pump works ok but people with erection problems can have a difficult time deciding what size is best fir them. The company doesn't provide much help on this. They say they have a 60 days satisfaction guarantee but you have to pay to ship it back. They don't tell you it is coming from England and freight back can be over S100 from the USA, making the satisfaction guarantee not very helpful.

I never got my order
I never got my order. I paid for 2 day shipping and got a tracking number. After that, it stopped moving according to the tracking number. How can I give an honest review of something I never got? I can just give a review of the company. When I asked them about it, they refunded my shipping costs. No refund or any idea how long it may take. I'm guessing it never shipped.

Terrible Service, Does Not Honor Lifetime Warranty Purchases
I contacted the company to get service for a Lifetime Warranty that I purchased.
Initial contact was February 15th. Today is Wednesday the 11th, and I was sent a customer service survey.
In fairness, I missed one reply that was spammed.
However In this span of time I have responded to every request for information they have asked for. I explained to them from the beginning that I dis not have my original order number. But I have the same name, provided the mailing address, and pictures of my device with the whole kit. After two several requests and providing this info, someone responded politely saying they could help. They sent me some tutorials to start with. I remained polite and helpful, reviewed the guides, performed the procedures, and they did not solve my issue.
I informed them of this immediately two weeks ago. No response. Seems they are just hoping I’ll go away.
I sent another email last week with all 3 ticket numbers they generated for me. No response.
This company’s commitment to customer service and their communication are terrible. I would not do business with them again.

HydroXtreme series: these are supposed to have a 2-year warranty they don't honor the two-year warranty, even through they say there is one be cautious just do yourself a favor and don't order anything from them at best they are a scam, deceptive, Bad Company at best because these things are very expensive several hundred dollars usual find that out in searching if you haven't done so already.

On the rare occassion when an issue is reported, our support team first needs to confirm where the suction loss is occurring so we can identify the exact component responsible and send the correct replacement part under warranty.
When you contacted us, our team provided troubleshooting guidance and then requested one final detail about where the pressure was being lost so we could arrange the appropriate replacement for you. We’re still very happy to resolve this for you.
