Great pump
I have been using an air pump for about a month, but it’s so uncomfortable. It always leaves a mark at the base off my penis. So painful. I’ve already used the hydro pump a couple times and there is zero pain at the base, great suction, so comfortable. I can already tell it’s going to be easy and more enjoyable to stick to routine with the hydro pump. Great product.

The product showed up fast and in perfect condition, the only complaint is I could use a little bit more or clearer instructions on how to use it, mainly the valve and bulb pump part.
I could get it to work once but then I couldn't get it to repeat the process.

When I get to the shipping part of the check out, it shipping be nice to know the time line for regular free shipping and the express shipping for $12. I paid for the express shipping only to find out later that it was going to be two weeks for delivery. I would have liked to have known that before I paid extra.

Customer service was great and shipping was fast and the product works as described and is hands down the nicest pump I’ve used. I feel like it wasn’t as easy to get it to work properly at first and felt like it was kinda complicated to get it to work to the best of its ability at first but after a few times of use you get the hang of it.

I saw your product on U Tube. The ides interested me and without further ado I bought a pump. It was only using it made me apprehensive about the negative pressure of which I had no idea. This worried me and I have stopped using it for that reason.

I've ordered bathmate extreme 7. It's working guys! And it's working from the first try. Your friend become thicker from the first time of using this product! It's amazing. It feels heavier and immediatelly after using bathmate you will not believe on your eyes! I have been using it 3 times for now and I am very optimistic for the future... For permanent result it will require more effort. However, it's working without a doubt, so the decision of your improvements depends entirely on you.

I never received my package
I never received my package.
I provided my tax info and they did not provide to DHL my package was sent back. I even paid for express shipping it was been long now and when I contacted bathmate rep they said I had to do fix this. This is unacceptable. I sent various emails and still no response.
When will I get my product? Money back?
I still need help. And none has been provided. Very bad experience!!!!!
