They have consistently failed in providing a service. We were initially told the unit would be available on the 28th May, and then 26th June and the guaranteed again that it would be 6th July and now told 15th July. They are not bothered. I was promised last time that I would receive a call back after they spoke to the supplier and never received this. Shocking company to deal with. Had issues with deliveries every time also.

Dreamiest en-suite materials!
Other than the issues navigating the website which doesn't seem to work on a phone, I've recently ordered and received the most beautiful items for our recent garage conversion which is now a bedroom with en-suite. We ordered the shower, radiators, valves, shower tray, and the tiles came from Tile Mountain. Delivery was efficient, the items are just as described, but the winner has to be the radiators! They are dreamy! Highly recommend this company, we'll be back as we progress through our home Reno. Thank you!

Shower Screen
I ordered a shower screen and it was delivered the next day after being let down by another well know supplier. Unfortunately, I ordered one part the wrong one, but Muhammad sorted it out for me on a Sunday which they do not open but he answered my email. Excellent service

Only just had the bathroom cabinet fitted this weekend. Truly delighted with the item. Had everything I wanted ie shaver socket, lights and a demister. Great found
This was our first time visiting Bathroom Mountain and it sure did not disappoint us.
It was easy to find and lots of parking.
When we walked in everything was laid out perfectly and so easy to find what we were looking for.
Also we had a warm welcome from the staff, with smiles.
5 minutes in we were asked if we needed help and Modoxs was very helpful and nothing was to much, even when I wanted to change the colour of the appliance 🤗
We are very excited to get our order which should be with us within less than two weeks.
