Pick and Collect service is hassle free

We had been looking for a sink unit for our ensuite. We were finding it difficult to get the right size and colour to fit without spending a fortune. We found exactly what we were looking for at a very reasobable price. It was available for collection 2 days after we ordered it. We opted for collection because we needed it quickly. The whole process was quick and easy. The unit looks amazing and matches perfectly withi the rest of the furnishing in the ensuite.

I’ve had a great experience from start to finish. I made a mistake with my online order, and James emailed me the very next day to check in and help get everything sorted. The communication throughout was excellent, and they kept me updated until the items arrived. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be buying everything I need for my next bathrooms here as well.

I placed a pickup order, and the team contacted me to ask whether I would be willing to collect it directly from the supplier, as it was closer to my home. I gladly agreed, as it saved me time and an unnecessary trip. They later followed up to confirm that I had received my pickup number. Overall, it was excellent customer service.

This company is amazing. Their prices are so much cheaper. I dealt with an amazing man by the name of Mick, who gave great advice when I popped in to pay for what I had chosen. I had chosen what I wanted online, shown it to Mick in person and paid, it was that simple. I had cash, hence the need to drop down to them. Absolutely recommend.
