Excellent Service from Monika
I bought a WC flush plate on line but when it arrived it was the wrong part (newer stock). I got in touch with Bathroom Outlet and Monika took on my case! She managed to get me an older stock item, return the one that didn't fit. She was professional and helpful along the process and just went the extra mile - thanks Monika!

I bought a lovely brushed brass shelf for my shower. I was worried it wouldn't get here in time for installation so emailed bathroom outlet, who immediately got back to me with an update and kept an eye on the progress of the order. Another email soon after told me it had arrived and was being posted on immediately to me. So helpful and responsive. The shelf is gorgeous also. I'm very happy with it. Well done bathroom outlet! I will be back!

Highly recommend Bathroom Outlet. Easy website to navigate, great offers, supports Irish brands, speedy processing & delivery. Staff in particular Aggie were super helpful and friendly to deal with. Had to change 2 items ordered and was no problem.

Good experience
Good experience, great value. Ordered multiple vanity units, taps and accessories. Unfortunately delay with one item and one tap not as expected which was disappointing. They sent a tap replacement. Overall very responsive and would purchase here again just be aware of lead times on certain items and thar delays can happen.

Very fast and good deliver
Very fast and good deliver ! Very happy with the process and everything I got from ! Only issue I had was the fact that a small radiator and 2 small boxes wer send on a huge pallet tha now I had to ghet rid of it ! It’s not necessarily to have a small intem on a huge pallet ! That’s the only negative I have to say !

Excellent customer service. I phoned to check something in my online order, there was an issue and I needed to swap something out. The refund of the difference was processed immediately, and Monika helped me to ensure I had what I needed. Delivery was really quick too.

Very helpgul and quick getting items dispatched
Have had 2 seperate dealings buying form Bathroom outlet. Both times the people I have dealth with have gone above and beyond to help me out. They were very informative and gave me multiple options via email while i was trying to figure out what suited the bathroom best in addition to ensuring that the items were delivered the next day as I was on a tight time schedule. Thanks for all the help Mick and Ciaran, wouldn't have got the bathrooms over the line without ye.

I was in urgent need of a bath filler
I was in urgent need of a bath filler, as another supplier let us down with the delivery.
I called Bathroom Outlet and they were able to respond promptly and professionally.
They actually recommended a nicer product for a half the cost and ready to deliver.
