From the first visit to the finish 100% professional . and top quality tradesmen. My bathroom looks brilliant

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They have been brilliant from Michael in the showroom giving us advice on the design and features of our totally new bathroom ( old one was ripped out completely) to Jamie the fitter who was outstanding and a proper professional and a really nice guy.
There were obviously some issues along the way ( with a big job like this there's always something that needs attention) but everything was resolved without any hassle.
This company just want you to be happy and they go out of their way to make sure.

Absolutely Delighted With Our New Bathroom!

We were incredibly apprehensive about taking on such a major project in the house, especially after being let down by various tradesmen over the years. So, we approached this with eyes wide open and a lot of caution. We were determined to find the right company—someone who could deliver the bathroom I’d dreamed of, at a fair and reasonable price.

From the very beginning, Michael and Glenn made the process feel easy and straightforward. They arrived when they said they would, took all the necessary measurements, and then invited us into the showroom. That was a big plus for us—we’re definitely the kind of people who need to see, touch, and try things out before making decisions. I really dislike choosing from a brochure because you just never know what you’re getting until it turns up. Being able to see everything in person gave me the confidence I needed.

We made a few tweaks along the way before settling on the final design, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It wasn’t long before we were booked in, and I was especially impressed that they were able to accommodate my schedule.

When work started, the tradesmen arrived on time every day, just as promised. I was so pleased they sent Mark—he was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained what he’d be doing each day, and left everything tidy before he left. Mark is a perfectionist, and it shows. His attention to detail was outstanding, and his honest suggestions genuinely made my bathroom even better than I had imagined. He really knows his stuff.

The electricians were another memorable part of the team—lively, full of character, but also really professional. They explained everything clearly and made short work of their part in the project. Thanks, lads!

We did run into a small issue at the end, which understandably gave me a bit of anxiety. But I needn’t have worried. Michael talked me through several options, and together we found a resolution that was quickly sorted. That level of aftercare really meant a lot to me.

I absolutely love my new bathroom and can’t thank Bathrooms Express enough. They work hard, have a fantastic team of lads, and their work ethic and customer service are second to none. Honestly, they could teach a few other companies a thing or two about how to treat customers.

If you’re thinking of getting a new bathroom—stop searching. You’ve just found the company you’ve been looking for.

Just had a complete bathroom renovation done by Bathrooms express. I am absolutely over the moon with the work the lads have put in, from designing our bathroom layout to creating our vision. I love our new bathroom and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great Fitter Chris and his lads were here 7 days, lot of prep work as toilet moved and all new pipework installed, Can't fault the workmanship and finished Bathroom.Highly recommend this Company.Also thanks to the Gaffers at showroom for helping us choose our Bathroom.

Highly recommend bathrooms express. We visited bathrooms express in January and found that Glenn and the team were amazing. We left the shop sorted with everything we needed for a new shower to be fitted and nothing was a hassle, they were so efficient. The lads that came to fit it were great, used roll and stroll to protect the carpets and really cared about doing the job properly after a previous poor installation. 10/10

The lads in the show room couldn’t be more helpful. Being the owner and director of a building company you don’t have the time to be messing around. With glen and mick It’s a first class service every time, the gear is always amazing quality. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else.
