Very frequent change of cleaning staff…
Very frequent change of cleaning staff which results variability of quality of service.
Service price calculation on the site requires 3 hours of cleaning – some cleaners were done after half of the bought time and spent the rest vacum cleaning.
For extras you have to pay for more hours – even if the cleaning time has not elapsed.
Value for money is not adequate.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, from batmaid and the cleaner. We asked a general, standard clean as we were moving in to our new apartment and the cleaning that was done by the old tenants was terrible, so we wanted a simple refresh. We hired a woman for 4 hours but not only were the floors not cleaned (as we could see the dirt picking up on our feet) but the cupboards (which we paid extra for) were still dirty with bits left inside. She also antagonised our neighbour and created an extremely unprofessional first impression for us and our neighbour who we had just met. We paid almost 200chf for this woman to do absolutely nothing and when we complained with photos, Batmaid asked for more photos 3 days after the cleaning had been done.... this is unacceptable to think we will live with the mess for 3 days. Since we could not provide any more photos, they did nothing to help compensate us other than offer 30 mins off our next cleaning....as if after this we would come back to use batmaid again. What an absolute joke.

Great clean, excellent job.
My regular cleaner does an excellent job, always doing a little extra without being asked, she is kind to our dog and lovely to chat to.
