We admit that a single payment of CHF 40 for a single month is not necessarily at the lower end of the price range, but in return you benefit from all the advantages and maximum visibility.
However, if you choose a longer term, the cost of premium membership is reduced:
- 1 month = CHF 40
- 3 months = CHF 60 - 50 % saved * (CHF 20 a month)
- 12 months = CHF 90 - 81 % saved * (CHF 7.50 a month)
The satisfaction guarantee still applies, regardless of the duration of the Premium membership.

We regret that there seems to have been a major misunderstanding here and that, despite numerous references on our platform, we were unable to make it clear to you how premium membership and Homeservice24 work.
You do not pay any commission to us or the domestic helpers! Nor do the domestic helpers have to pay any commission to us when they accept jobs via Homeservice24.

The basic membership is for orientation purposes and is always free of charge. If you then want to make full use of our service, an inexpensive premium membership is required. We do not have any hidden costs or subscription traps.
After creating your job offer free of charge, you can see if you receive any applications. This means you only have to pay once domestic helpers have actually applied to you – and not before, as is the case with some other providers.
You can therefore test Homeservice24 completely free of charge and without obligation. We point this out several times in various places on the platform:

The basic membership serves as an orientation and is always free of charge. If you then want to make full use of our service, a low-cost premium membership is required. As we said: it's a one-time fee without renewing subscription.

1. Our conditions are linked from every page. But we take your feedback serious and try to make it even more visible.

2. You question our business model. As you mentioned our business model is a one time fee of 40 CHF. That's all we charge. There is no subscription trap. What do you get for it?
1. We guarantee you, that you find a highly qualified housekeeper for ca. 30 CHF per hour including all insurances. If not, you get your money back, no questions asked.
2. You can decide by yourself who comes to your house based on detailed profiles including photos, references, ratings and personal applications.
3. The complete hourly rate goes to the house keeper. We don't participate in it.

What is the alternative to our business model? You go to an agency.
1. You pay about 35 CHF per hour with an agency.
2. You don't know who comes to your house.
3. The agency cuts a big part of every worked hour. The housekeeper usually gets the minimum wage around 25 CHF.

Both are valid business models. If you are looking for the most convenient way to hire a housekeeper and you don't care what it cost per hour, who comes to your house and what the housekeeper earns, the agency is the best option for you. In any other case Homeservice24 is a good choice.

We would be happy if you would give Homeservice24 at least a try and not only complain hypothetically about it. You won't be disappointed as hundred thousands of our users in 4 different countries that we have served for more than 10 years.
